3 weeks in and better than expected
UPDATE: So almost exactly a year later and I had an aglet pull off. Laces were still fine, but it made tying them a little more difficult. I sent an email to their support, and they sent me a new set of laces as well as replacement aglets for the old laces. So imagine like 2 more stars on top of the 5 stars, because customer support like that can't be beat.Original: Decided to order a pair when I was oiling my workboots so, I grabbed a measurement on my laces and ordered a set. They were just the right size which I've read as an issue with some reviews. My primary concern with ordering them was that they wouldn't tie tightly enough. While they don't feel quite as solid as my regular laces, they are tight enough to hold all day. Hopefully they'll continue to hold once hunting season starts and I do a lot more walking.I would not recommend them for any shoes or boots that don't have metal grommets for the laces as I think they would just tear them up more than a normal lace. There's not much stretch to them so they don't loosen up as the day goes on.

So EXCITED!
I'm pretty rough on boots and laces. When I heard there was a product out there that would NEVER BREAK, I had to try them. I just laced them on my boots last night. They were a little "wiry" and "stiff" when I laced them up on the boots. Today will be my first day wearing them. I was going through boot laces on my Wolverine Boots about once every 4-5 months. If this product can make it a couple of years, they will be worth the price. I'll update later but for now, just the though of Unbreakable Laces makes me very, very happy!Update #1: I've had these laces for three months now. So far, they are still extremely stiff. I'm hoping that they loosen up a bit as time goes by. They are a pain in the butt to lace up but if they never break, I think I'll be ok with it. I'll update in a few months if anything changes. After this much time, I've given up.... The laces became more and more twisted and harder and harder to tie and keep tied. I do think they will last forever but for me, the every morning fight to tie my boots simply wasnt worth it.

Not Your Average Laces (Thank Goodness)
I love these laces. I have been waiting to find laces that last for so long I had nearly given up. On average I'd get 3-4 months before my laces broke and on backpacking trips I'd bring 2-3 pairs and typically use them. They are a different material than any other lace I've owned and as a result they tie differently. You can either use a little plastic locking system that's provided with the laces or tie them in a square knot. As a result, when you first lace them up they look a little too short, but they're not. You aren't making a bow, so you don't need the extra string. They stay tied and so far have stayed intact. Plus they replace them if they break, which seems like a scam because I don't think they will.

... of weeks now but they seem to hold up pretty well. Fair warning of advice
Only have been using them for a couple of weeks now but they seem to hold up pretty well. Fair warning of advice, when they say they are cut proof, take their word for it. I had to test them and one easy slice got the outside to fray but that was it. And they are definately burn proof because I wasn't able to get the slightly frayed part to burn lol

really strong shoelaces.
They are very strong and my boot isn't shredding within two weeks as they have done to other places. They really don't stay tied well though. The laces on the right stay tied but I have retie the left laces several times a day. Must be the way I am tieing them. It's not that annoying though. Less annoying than your boot laces shredding and breaking every few weeks. Even leather laces shred. These shoelaces will never wear out.

Great laces, but don't stay tied.
Great laces. They certainly seem like they will last a while. I've had them on my work boots which I wear just about every day, and I don't even see the slightest fray. The only downfall is that they will not stay tied unless you double knot them, and even then they sometimes come loose.

Caution before buying
These aren't strings for your average footwear. These did not fit my long lace timberlands well at all, and they are too stiff to actually tie. They come with an attachment to tighten, which does not work well with these boots. Not the right product for my need. They are tough and stiff, and sure to be a great product for more industrial / military boots.

Very durable
So far they have held up without any real signs of wear. The only downside I can note is that the laces are thicker than what my boots came with. They still work, but it take a little longer and a more force to get them through the eyelets and clips.

I bought these laces as I had a lot of ...
I bought these laces as I had a lot of problems with my walking shoes and snapping laces on the metal eyelets as they were tied. I'm very impressed with these laces, they feel very hard wearing and I fully expect them to outlast the shoes that I've put them on - only time will tell, I guess!
