Are these safe for babies to chew on when teething?

Yes, however there might be some loose threads you should be aware of.

Hi, are these machine washable? And, can you tumbledry them? Thanks, Leanne

Yes, machine washable. Instructions say don't tumble dry so we didn't. However they fell apart within weeks - wouldn't buy again. I've since bought some Ellyfante ones which are great, slightly bigger, much softer and so far still intact. Hope this helps.

What are the washing instructions for these wash cloths?

We recommend that you hand or machine wash in warm water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Bamboo is natural and so it needs a little care! Don't use any harsh chemicals like bleach or fabric softeners.

do they absorb the water well and rinse well?

Yes. I find that they do hold water and rinse very well, much like microfibre cloths. They dry quickly too.
