great for tendonitis!
I have been struggling with tendonitis for a long time. I have had physio (which helps temporarily) and been advised to do several stretching exercises (which haven't really helped). I have also tried several different types of ankle supports, anti-inflammatory gels etc. which only provide temporary relief (if any). These heel cups are a godsend for me. The instructions say they can be word under any kind of shoe but I'm not too sure. However, I do use them in my trainers and whilst it is a slight effort to ensure they are properly placed in your shoe (they don't work so well with socks) it is worth it. For the first time in a long time I managed to get through an entire aerobic class without any kind of pain in my ankles. I have always spent my dance/aerobics classes doing low impact and worrying about causing myself any kind of pain in my tendons that I'd have to stop but with these heel cups I was able to focus on having a proper workout, and focus on my core and enjoying myself which i haven't done previously because of the fear of causing further injury to my tendons.

Great and supportive
Bought for children aged 9 and 12. Both children suffer with pain heals and this helps. They sometimes wear them and sometimes don’t. I think the older child wears them more as they are larger and the extra height/weight is less awkward where as the smaller 9 year old feels like there is something in the shoe which becomes distracting. They do help when worn and my oldest has been able to play on the pitch longer with them in so they have helped.

Excellent product and well designed
Excellent product and well designed. Just like having sponge cushion under your heels and relieves the aching heels. Fits well in the shoes without the need to increase the shoe size, washable and just comfortable to wear. Plantar fasciitis could also be caused by inflammation of the plantar fascia to the heel bone, due to small tear or damages, just like a pulled muscle. Think how many steps we take each day, say 4000-5000 steps, that's is how many times we step on those damaged heel muscle without giving it a chance to heal. Imagine like when we have a torn muscle but we never stop using it. So step one, heal those plantar fascia first. But how? We all need to walk each day, from a few to thousands step per day? You must allow the plantar fascia to heal by walking less and use lots and lots of padding or cushions to protect the heels. Use double or triple padding/cushion to speed up recovery. Once healed, keep using the cushions until the heels are fully recovered. Wear thick sole trainers with memory foam. Hope this info helps.

Game changer for Severs disease in young athletes
These worked perfect for my 11 year old daughter during another growth spurt. 2nd time of buying as she suffered from Severs about 18 months ago and after using them for 3 months we passed them on to her friend who was going through similar. Had to trim them slightly around the back to fit in with the cushioning on her footy boots but the protective bit on the bottom does the job

Not for standard shoes
Purchase with purpose of using with my safety shoes in work. Heels cups quite thick make walking very uncomfortable. Packing very nice. Quality just good. For nearly £15 expected bit more. Return on your cost (small parcel around £3.8). Waiting over 2 weeks for confirmation from wherehouse about product return. So far spent nearly £19 no product and no return. No recomend

impact injuries from running just stopped
Brilliant - I had apparently bought absolutely the correct type of running shoe for the way I run - checked - measured filmed ..etc..and I still kept coming up injured..I tried some different ones and the same thing happened - I was getting very disheartened and bought these as a "what the hell" sort of purchase they are great - really make a noticable difference, no knee or ankle problems since using them - they do also change the fit of my running shoes though - the foot is very slightly angled downwards inside the shoe now which I quite like (but some may be horrified by) - and my ankle bone has more clearance from the side of the shoe which feels much better especially off road I did look at some very very expensive inserts which had a lot less cushioning than these so an excellent surprise at how well they work oh and you cant feel they'ye there - until they're not....

Nearly a silver bullet
Not a silver bullet but they have definitely helped with my foot pain. I feel they in my case have helped better than pure insoles.

Buenas plantillas

Effective, all-day relief
We're moving, and I've been on my feet for days packing and moving boxes. I started to get a low back ache that traveled down my leg to my foot, which is a sign I've got a lot of pain incoming. Before it got worse, I bought these inserts, and the relief has been immediate! PROS * You can feel the springiness from the "waffle" cushion sending energy back, helping you to keep on going. * Clear, so they're not too visible. * Can be worn with or without socks (can help if your shoe fit isn't roomy). * Absolutely helped with a recurring issue I have with sensitive heels, and sciatica-like pain, when standing too long. * Covers a lot of my heel, which may provide some help when breaking in new shoes. * Gel is comfortable (doesn't move around), soft, and easy to clean. Haven't noticed any odd smells. CONS * Despite getting size small, it feels a bit tight in some sneakers. Wearing with my roomiest sneakers without socks feels most comfortable. * Not the most expensive, not drugstore cheap. I've worn for about two weeks. Would love if they hold up for months. TIP: Give them a little time to break in. At first, I thought the waffles were too wide-spaced and wobbly. By the next day, they'd compacted a bit, and were stable. Absolutely recommend these inserts! I've been able to keep going when I know in the past, I would've had to rest more to give my sensitive heels a break. A huge life improvement and well worth the money. TIP: If you're looking for a cheaper option, or don't have much room in your shoes, you might try Dr. Scholl's gel heel cups (https://amzn.to/4l3UwBx). They're more compact, and the pair I have has lasted for years, provides relief from more casual activities (hours of walking), and are about half the price.

Trop souple
Ne rehausse le talon que de quelques millimètres car beaucoup trop mou. Ne convient pas pour les problème de tendons d’Achille notamment haglund

Excellent product
I’ve had extreme heel pain for 4 years. Have tried 2 pairs of expensive orthotics, physio, chiropractor, podiatrist, reflexology, shockwave and laser treatments. My MRI’s lean towards it being bursitis. Nothing has taken this horrible pain away. Ive spent thousands of dollars. I’ve had these in my shoes for 1 week now and it’s made such a difference. I don’t think I’ll ever find a 100% cure but these definitely make it bearable. Highly recommend trying these if you have heel pain. Oct 29, 2023 Just updating my review. After almost 2 months my heel pain is still much better. Almost close to non existent. I know though if I stopped wearing them it would come back very quickly. Planning on buying another pair.
