Dangerous product
This product out of the box does not work appropriately. It doesn’t dim fast enough ( let alone even dim/filter enough) and is dangerous for the eyes. This item was given to a welding instructor to make sure it wasn’t operator error and was determined to not be working like they should. Purchased because of cheap price but should have invested in something with better quality. Buy something better- This isn’t a hate review… just don’t want others to risk their eye sight.

Save your money
Very poor quality, does not go dark in 1/10000 of a second like advertised. Got flashed every time I struck an arc due to very slow reaction time of the auto darkening lense.

Randomly flashes you
Terrible product. Randomly flashes in the middle of welding. I have a clear cup on my torch, all 4 sensors in direct view and it still flashes.
