I have a lot of outdoor cookers, from smokers, grills, fryers, stoves and what not. But this new FireDisc cooker is by far my favorite right now. It's only three total pieces and fits together without any tools. The legs are two pieces and then the disc itself. It's so compact that it fits in the trunk of my RV when we go camping. Last weekend I took it out and we make chicken fajitas. Here's the recipe I used if you're interested. They are simply delicious!Chicken Fajitas============1/2 cup vegetable oil2 tablespoons chili powder2 tablespoons honey2 tablespoons garlic powder1/2 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper1/4 cup white tequila1/2 teaspoon cumin1/2 teaspoon kosher salt1 teaspoon liquid smoke.Juice of one lime3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into stripsBell peppersSquash/zucchini (optional)Whisk all ingredients for the marinade together and place marinade and chicken strips in a large ziploc baggy. Let marinate 4 hours, up to overnight. The batch we did marinaded about a day and a half. Heat FireDisc with oil, saute onions, peppers and any other veggies until tender. Remove and repeat with marinated chicken strips. If you’re an outdoor griller. You need one these. Great for grilling and frying. Very portable. You can cook all types of food. Well made in USA. The disk is very heavy and well made.

Purchased the disk for my son for Christmas. He LOVES it! He had us over for breakfast the day after Christmas and cooked bacon, sausage, and eggs on it. It was AMAZING! He kept the bacon and sausage warm on the sides while he finished with the eggs! LOVE IT!!

Entirely new cooking concept for me. I needed to replace an old portable camping grill and have something that I could use at our small townhouse. I didn't want another gas grill. I found this on the interwebs, and after researching the different styles of discado grills, pulled the trigger on this bad daddy. I am very happy with it, although still learning how t cook with it. Why not 5 stars? Although easy to set up and take down, easy to clean, and food is great, I wish it would have come with some way to transport it easier. That, and it is a bit more expensive than other options. I do believe that this will last forever. Some other reviewers tout this as being "Made in the USA", but this is not. The original company, Texas Custom Grills, sold out. Although made abroad, I believe this is a good product, and time will tell if it holds up.

Very disappointed in product quality. Uneven cooking surfaces hard to control.

Have only gotten to use mine once, but loved it! I would definitely recommend buying the 36” tall one so you are not bending over cooking. I also recommend getting a 4’ adapter to be able to use a larger propane bottle.

Bought this for my dad on his birthday and he loves it. Very sturdy and durable, he cooks quite frequently with it and doesn’t need to get new propane cylinders all the time.

I bought this based on the video. It looks like it cooks so well and you can use it for anything and everything. I hate this thing. You can use maybe 8” on the inside of the disc to actually cook. Thats the only part that stays hot enough to cook. I also wasted my money on the extra hook ups like a hose for the propane (which should come with it)!! Also the thing that is supposed to block the wind from blowing out the flame… it doesnt work!! Even in the slightest breeze, it goes out! The massive spatula that they make look so easy to use and cool is incredibly heavy which makes it a pain to use! We watched many videos and made several attempts thinking we could make this work. Happy starving… this is awful! After spending $800+ on this, I spend $175 on a blackstone from walmart and Im MUCH happier!
