What I dislike. NOTHING. What did I like. Everything about this product. I was able to effortlessly move many of my pictures and videos from my 16 gig iPhone 6 freeing up valuable space. With the app and this device, right out of the box it is so easy to use

Works great. And how could you beat the price? Nice and small and 32 GB of additional space for all the photos that I have in my 64 GB iPhone 6s Plus. I tried two different Lexar products and I could never get either one to be recognized on the phone. The Gigastone was immediately recognized after I downloaded the app. I've already transferred some photos to my computer.

Bought this specifically to use during long vacation overseas. It worked wonderfully at first. Suddenly stopped downloading any photos or short videos from iphone after a week downloading pics and short videos successfully. Tried trouble shooting section in device and searched the net for info or tech number. I was not able to find anything. I can not download or delete anything from the device. States it is downloading but only drains the battery without downloading anything. iPad and iphone both are using the latest version. Disappointed that I am unable use the flash drive. Still couple of weeks left in my vacation therefore super frustrated because I m out of the country and cannot take anymore pictures with my iphone due to no available space.

We all have know someone who can’t remember their login PW to back up the phone and call when the have to do it. I got this for the ‘rents so they can just plug it in and not worry about losing the grandkids pictures.

Did not come with instructions. However, after you find the right app it works well. Does not allow transfer of all phone data for loaded apps and games. Only transfers contacts, pictures, and music.

Another Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves it and has downloaded all her pics from phone to it. Fast delivery on the order.

Bought this to replace a smaller one that I previously owned. This "worked" for about a week. After that, the usb connection to my pc required me to unplug all other usb devices to work. Transfer time is faster than usb 2.0 but slower than I expected for usb 3.0.My big issue with this device now is that the lightning jack has completely stopped working. So now, I am left with an overpriced usb drive without the ability to use this with my ipad.Compared to the other model that I previously bought, this did not last a single trip and feels very flimsy. I had liked that the cover for the lightning jack was connected, but that is now moot since I will not have to remove it any more.

The external drive is perfect for backing up photos and contacts that is efficient and portable

Primero, la aplicación que indica el instructivo no es la app con la que funciona, tuve que instalar, probar y en una tercera funcionó. Segundo, funcionó durante 2 meses para dejar de funcionar. Que mal.

This is the second Gigastone flash drive I have used. The first (bought a few years ago) was 32Gb capacity, used so much it is almost full, so decided to buy a second with larger capacity. Very satisfied user.
