and pretty fast too , my BP is quite high , but I have taken EDTA capsules and they have stopped the pee breaks every 15min, so there's that, but I presumed I was done too soon. So I'm back taking them, then just added this, AND it dropped my 2nd number 20 points, and for me that's quite good.....a keeper....

I absolutely love this product
I absolutely love this product. I had high blood pressure so I started taking this and it went down almost immediately. My husband couldn't believe how well it worked so now he is on it and it brought his blood pressure down to. We tell everyone we know that has high blood pressure to take this because it works!

Skeptical!
To be quite honest, I didn't notice my blood pressure change a bit using this supplement. I take my blood pressure at home everyday with my home monitor. After taking this supplement for 2 week eating and exercising the same way my blood pressure hasn't changed. I believe this contains decent therapeutic ingredients in it but to really improve blood pressure one must loose weight, eat and exercise properly. I did keep an open mind here testing if this did make a difference. I didn't see any. 3 stars. It might help others but for me, nope.

Easy to take and effective

Good ingredients, but is difficult on my tummy because it is a hard tablet
I didn’t realize I was ordering a tablet not a capsule. I have such a better time digesting capsules than hard tablets. I also don’t think tablets absorb as well as capsules.I love the ingredients in this product. Two of my favorite are Hawthorn and Passion Flower extracts. These are know for helping with blood pressure and heart health.The added benefit is they are also sleep aids. So make sure you take this at night not in the morning.I only with the herbs were organic. With non-organic herbs there is a possibility of getting concentrations of pesticides.This has a bit of a sea-like smell because of the sea minerals (calcium and magnesium).I want to love this, but I’m just not happy it’s not organic and it’s hard tablets.

Works great with diet changes
Please do not think that you can take a supplement like this and it will help without also making the necessary lifestyle changes. I battle cholesterol and high blood pressure. This combined with a diet change removing most unhealthy carbs and consuming foods that contain healthy fats will help you to see a difference. Stay away from soybean products, packaged processed foods, and sugar while taking this supplement and you will see a difference - if willing to do it the correct way. My battle is now only with the occasional will power and not my blood pressure :)

Excellent supplement for aging people
I have had to balance several medications to keep my hypertension under control but since I began using this a month ago, it has stabilized without the occasional highs and lows - sometimes very low Diastolic - and taking only one a day, I have felt better and plan to continue on it. I take it in the evening to boost magnesium for nighttime.This is an optimum combination of supplements that provide the correct dosage in a single tablet.The cost for 120 tablets is very reasonable.
