I have been taking DIM for a while now and I find it very useful to support my prostate health. It basically blocks the estrogen in males and increases the free testosterone. Those given DIM experienced significant improvements in prostate health, as well as PIN' This product is very competitively priced and high quality and I definitely recommend it.

I wanted to try this for the purpose of increasing free testosterone. My urine ended up turning a weird reddish color after taking it, which I read might be a good sign that it's detoxing the body of excess estrogen metabolites. Unfortunately, it also gave me a bad headache. I thought it might be interfering with my antidepressant medicine, so I stopped taking it. I may try taking a capsule every other day to see if it helps with that.

My functional medicine doctor told me I needed this for hormone balance. I have taken 2 different DIM products and could not tell any difference whatsoever. It may be an excellent product. I won't really know until I get hormones tested again. I had just hoped that I would be able to notice a physical difference that I did not.
