These worked very good for our family, however the part that sticks into the car lighter was wiggly and sometimes came out. I ended up returning for that reason but we thoroughly enjoyed these. I loved that I could plug a USB drive into it and memory card.

They were used in my vehicle so grands would have some entrainment on the way to grandma's. One hasn't worked for two months so now I have unhappy grands. Makes me mad that I missed the return cutoff date. Buy cheap and get cheap!! I am very pleased with these DVD players now. The company reached out to me and have replaced them at no cost. I recommend buying this product as the service was wonderful. Happy grandma and grandchildren.

These work great my kids love them and are easy to use wish the cable lengths were longer

While it should not be assumed that this will be an option for every single unsatisfied customer, I do see honor and integrity in the customer support end of things. Make note, the product is still not functional- on this there is no improvement. But I am grateful for the attention to customer satisfaction. Here’s everything you need to know as someone who bought this and now it is too late to get my money back: You have less than a year with these. And during that time, if you have little ones, you will listen endlessly to their complaints that they cannot see the screen unless they have a direct view of it. Think of this as an old Nintendo, but not as charming. Someone adult will be responsible for turning it off, maybe blowing in it, then turning it on again. The cords it comes with will need replacing because any little tug and they’ll be ruined. Here is where we are now- neither screen will get past the “Fangor” startup screen. And so far I’ve found no solution. I want so badly to have my money back. But here we are. Two pieces of junk.

If you enjoy tantrums and frustration order this. We bought it for our summer road trips and for our toddler who doesn’t enjoy being in the car. The dvd player works only half the time. To be fair, when it does work it’s great. Problem is, you never know if it’s going to work or not when you get in the car which then causes an upset toddler. It’s too late to return now.

I write this review after having these for at least a year now. We used them for a three day across the country move for my two kids. They worked fine in those two days, but after that whenever we take long drives to go see family for about a 7 Hour Dr. they started to skip the CDs. We did check the CDs with other DVD players and they work just fine so we assumed it was the DVD player itself. They were great decent side for the kids. I love the idea that they can share the same movie or watch different movies however, I do wish that they lasted a lot longer but for the price that I paid for them, I would have to say that that’s the quality that you’ll get. It was an easy use battery. Life was kind of consistent with keeping the car on if we did turn the car off, it would continue to play just obviously unplug it from the car whenever you are finished using them so it doesn’t drain your battery. Sound quality was decent and gets decently loud. It’s just not super clear. The picture quality was OK. You can adjust the brightness however it’ll still look a little lower quality.

Got these as a grift. They were very good price, they have amazing picture and sound. This was the perfect size for the kids and able to be moved to accommodate adjustable and came with a remote. Great product.

These are amazing, my kids really enjoy having them in our car, Really practical . I 100% recommend them.
