The very best wound cleanser, in a travel size (not small enough for TSA carry-on though). Don't get it on your clothes, it may bleach them.For a larger size, you may be able to find a company that can get it through your insurance, because it's expensive.

Vashe is the top of the scale for Wound washing solution. Hospital and Nurses use it for ability to clean and keep odor gone. It is expensive. Check the quantity in the bottle. They look bigger on the screen. On occasion you can get. I prefer the 1L size and put Vashe in small spray bottle.

I usually get a big bottle and the way the description says the size of the bottle is deceptive its a tiny bottle of about 4oz and they are charging 4 times the cost of a bottle 3 times bigger you can get it for $20 or less this bottle was $80 bucks what a ridiculous price and rip off

I’ve had to do my own longterm wound care at home due to lack of insurance. This like the Vashe the wound care nurses used in the hospital. I like it much better than Medline’s wound cleansing spray

So happy to be able to get this product outside a Wound Care Clinic despite its price tag on the higher end! No wound infections after using on about 15 different moderately deep wounds.
