i bought this for my daughter and she loves it. We have used the plug in pads from the pharmacy for years which can be uncomfortable and hard to keep in place. This is such a great invention with no cord , it allows for pain relief on the go. The heat output is just right, not too hot but hot enough to soothe cramps. The mild vibrations are a great added feature. The auto shut off timer feels short but easy to just resarr the device. Charges last a long time and supports many hours of use.

My teen daughter gets cramps and this is a perfect discreet way to get relief. This is great for travel and does great on one charge.

Love it! It took a while to charge for the first time, but it lasted my whole 9 hour shift. I was moving around the whole time and I didn't have to adjust it at all. And once I memorized the buttons it was super easy to do all the settings without looking. The massage is also nice! It's different vibrations and it worked GREAT for the back pain. I highly reccomend! Also I get super sweaty with any heat, and the device still didn't move, it has like fuzzy padding on the part that touches you, and it wasn't wet after 9 hours! Plus the pattern is super cute if anyone sees it.

So this thing occasionally has issues charging and can take up to 3 days to get a full charge. I switched to charging with my Samsung cable and it seems to work a bit better. But it's still a while day of charging. That being said, when it does work, I love it. I get pelvic surgery every 4 months and this thing has been a life saver for the cramps, cannot recover as well without it. Only reason that it has 4 stars. And it lasts through the 2-3 days at the hospital with the occasional use without needing a charge. So very big plus there. I usually use the 3rd heat setting and the 1st or 2nd vibration setting. It gets pretty hot (up to 149°F) and the vibration gets to be more of a tickle at higher settings. It does NOT massage. I mistakenly thought it did when I bought it and was surprised to find it only vibrates. It auto shuts off at 30 minutes, and there is no way to change that.

I purchased these for my teen girls as stocking staffers. They love these for the functionality and ease of use.

Decent, it got really hot but the charge didn't last long. It's been less than 3 months and now won't work at all. I came on here to see when I bought it - Feb 27. I travel a lot and used it on airplanes to keep warm. now I'll find another one

I was skeptical this would really work- I suffer from debilitating period cramps and back pain. This pad gets hot quickly, and very hot if you want it. The vibrate setting makes the heat penetrate deeper. The buckly is adjustable and not too tight- I am a 210lbs and it fits comfortably. The battery life is also impressive for such a small thing. And the cat detail is so cute. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs heat relief throughout the day. I am a nanny and have to run after kids all day and this was exactly what I needed.

Waste product! Don't waste even a penny on this useless chinese product! It's too delicate and the belt is not working, that means u can't wear it on stomach!

This item is trash. The vibration does not work. Complete waste of money.

It stopped working after just one use. I'm unable to return the product.
