Don't know what people expect from a freeze-dried, precooked meat, but I can't fault it for arriving partially powdered & unseasoned as that's to be expected & I don't want seasoned since I share it with my pets. I added my own seasonings to the soup I made for myself. As for the can being dented, I suspect that happened after it left the processing & packaging area & technically is not the fault of Mountain House.
