This alpha lipoic capsules is easy to swallow & digests well in my stomach. The anti-inflammatory benefits of taking this supplement are important for maintaining good health as we age. It was also reasonably priced in comparison to competitors.

I took them in the morning on an empty stomach, on the third day heartburn started, it didn’t matter what I ate all day long, I didn’t use them for a 2 days, it got better but the heartburn still remained, in a week I’ll try to use them with food! be careful it is acid, does not mean a bad product it just different bodies

I started taking this since I am a prediabetic hoping it would lower my blood sugar. With this and cinnamon my blood sugar was on the high side of normal again. I don't feel different but it seems to do its job
