Purchased this for my son’s school laptop, which is brand new this year. Usually, the school offers insurance for $20, and the laptops come with cases already on them. This year, no insurance is offered and there aren’t any cases. Go figure. I decided to spend the $45 to get a case and make sure I don’t have to pay for a laptop at the end of the year. The case slides onto the laptop quite easily and fits perfectly. It’s simple in design but seems durable and will hold up in a backpack filled with books. It’s rather lightweight and doesn’t seem to add much to the heaviness. I love the cushion the rubber corners provide. Definitely gives this mom some peace of mind. For me, the cost is well worth the security. I was paying $20 a year in insurance and my son has this year and next year left. That would have been $40 in insurance anyway, so paying $45 for a case is a wash. After he finishes school, we can also pass the case on to another student for their use.

Bought this for my son after he damaged his school laptop. This case looks cool, is super durable and easy to put on. Love that it’s clear and that you can use it in place. Love the rubber corners that protect it from being dropped. Great quality and a decent price for laptop ‘insurance’.

The case fits perfectly and so far has been very protective. It doesn’t add noticeable weight, but it does add a little bulk in the form of cushion for the edges. The top surface is clear and son uses the clear cover to display stickers.
