Good price for 4k and 9 channels
I use this in my man cave to control 8 televisions including my 135inch projector. Currently using 6 of the sources. Easy to use and change different sources on different outputs. I haven't noticed any lag or quality issues.

Unit functions pretty damn good. 4k@60 would be better
Unit works extremely well. Using it to drive 3 monitors with 4 different inputs going into it. On occasion I have to reset power as input 3 will stop. I switched devices inputting and it stays on 3, so it is not the handshake between a particular unit and this one. Totally worth the money IMHO even with the bug. Web interface work bit is very dated looking and feeling.

Excellent Matrix Switcher
I love the switcher: it's heavy and solid. Easy connections. I like the lit buttons and confirmation beeps when you press something or select a source. The redundant menu display on the front is great. The software works well and is customizable, if not dated looking. But it all works flawlessly and has no degradation of signal or wonky stuff like I've had with other units.

This Switch does what IT wants to do - not what YOU want or expect.
This Switch overrides your EDID settings. If forces high-resolution sources to scale down their outputs to match the lowest native resolution of the attached displays. For example, if you send 1920x1080 (or higher) from a PC, the Switch will cause the Source PC to reduce its output to 1024x768 or 1400x1050, to match your individual videowall displays. This is NOT how Switches are supposed to work. The point of programmable EDID is to keep the Source Signal in its highest resolution, since you're spreading that image across an array of lower-resolution displays. What would be the point of creating a wall of 4k displays, when your eyes can't see the detail from 10-ft away? Oh... and the remote control has functions that aren't available at the front panel. Aaaahhh!!! So... if you misplace the remote, have a dead battery, or the Switch isn't in line-of-sight, you're hosed. I've contacted tech support - no help yet.Update July 8, 2025: Got a message from Support people, but came after Amazon's Return date. They're asking questions. I'll keep the Readers posted!

Excellent Product. Great Web User Interface. Great Value
The ability to control the matrix via a web gui on a Network makes this great value. Love the scenes feature that allows you to preset inputs and outputs. Works great with Bit-Focus companion to recall scenes and more. Some latency but for a purpose more than acceptable.

Noisy, but works well!
The unit arrived and was fairly easy to set up. It does what it is supposed to do. However, there are numerous drawbacks.Unfortunately the firmware does not support DHCP, so in order to connect to the web interface you must conform to their IP subnet. This is a big drawback if you end having to modify your PC, and they could have avoided it by simply adding DHCP to the firmware. The unit is very noisy. I suppose that the fan is needed to keep the circuitry cool, but the noise might be an issue, depending on the location of the install. The manual is better written than some manuals, but still suffers from not being written by a native English speaker. It also is a one size fits many, with descriptions and pictures for a similar, but not the same, unit. This is confusing. There does not seem to be a way to change the web interface password. This is bad design. I don't think it even says what the web interface username and password are in the manual. This is worse design. Why have a password if you cannot change it?The web interface allows you to change the EDID codes, but it doesn't fully explain the procedure. trial and error were necessary. Further, the web interface does not explain what the obscure codes mean. You must look at the user manual to figure this out. There does not seem to be a way to update the firmware. Do they never intend to improve it?All in all I recommend the unit, drawbacks and all. Just know what you are buying.Edit 5/12/2024I think I have determined why they do not have DHCP enabled and force use of a hardwired IP address. I have their 8x8 matrix switch (which has the same lack of DHCP issue) and I have determined that both units have the same MAC address. Why they would do this is beyond me, but they did.

Awesome product and great support
This 4x4 matrix does exactly what I needed for a great price. I am using this product to switch 4 inputs between 3 outputs in the same room. Switching is simple and fast and the picture quality is still great. While setting up the unit, I had some issues with the audio that seemed inconsistent and confusing. I reached out to support via email and they were very responsive and helpful. They helped me understand how the unit was supposed to work, uncovered that there was an issue, and immediately offered to replace the unit. Everyone I interacted with was super polite and made it a very simple process.
