"Brain Fog" Blood Sugar control
I added this product with a ceylon cinnamon product for better BS control and brain fog improvement. My "brain fog" has definately improved and I have not had any GI problems since taking the product The berberine is supposed to help with better absorption of the ceylon cinnamon and BS numbers have improved.
