I love peppermint oil capsules. They are so elf fewctive and help me with bloating within 1 day of starting them back . These capsules don’t have a taste which I much prefer. I take 1 a day in the morning and I’ve had no issues since. This time I subscribed so they arrive monthly without me forgetting. So easy to sign up and save some money.

They are effective for symptoms of ibs have no side effects but good digestive effects, good value for money.

These dont' have the cleanest ingredients but they work. I was not happy with the fact that half of the capsules were busted when the pack arrived, but I got compensated by Amazon. I then bought another 'better and cleaner' brand and they were utterly useless, which emphasised that these worked for me, good at debloating and clearing trapped gas.

These definitely work well for me.I like that they’re tiny so they’re easy to swallow and there’s no taste from them that I’ve noticed.I haven’t had any adverse effects from them although there is a slightly “menthol” effect when going to the bathroom.Overall, they’ve definitely helped to relieve some of my digestive issues and I’d highly recommend them.

I used to love these because of the enteric coating, but since they changed them from the oval brownish yellow capsules to the smaller round green ones, I can feel the menthol cool in my stomach so I don't think the enteric coating is working as well as before.They do still seem to help with stomach/abdomen cramps but I did prefer the old design because I could never taste them so I knew they were releasing the mint oil further down the digestive system where most of the diverticulitis pain is.It's a strange side effect to be able to taste the menthol if you burp, whereas before with the old design I couldn't.I think I will purchase again because they are good value compared to the usual branded make, but I just preferred the old ones.

I’ve used these and the more expensive brands for heartburn indigestion and occasional bloating. They work exactly the same except these are better value for money. I also crossed match the ingredients which are exactly the same as the more expensive brands so I will be continuing to use this brand in future.

Wow, Amazons choice as well. I really loved the packaging and appearance , it just attracts your eyes. It does everything you need it to do. Perfect size, the perfect small you need. I just genuinely loved it and it was worth the value and I can’t complain about anything.

I have benefited from taking these. Prior to this I had digestive problems and ibs. I have noticed that I no longer get cramps, less wind and a calmer tummy. I recommend them.
