I bought my furniture set from Osctta on June 30th 2025, it is now a month later. there was a bit of nervousness with furniture shopping online but I rolled the dice. After searching the net and triple checking every detail I settled on this furniture set (A recliner, a love seat, and a sofa in black leather).The delivery took awhile to get here (just keep in my mind it is a large purchase and the weather was delaying shipments). The shipment company and the seller both checked in weekly to keep me updated on tracking, this helped keep my mind at ease and made the purchase less stressful. Soon a semi pulled up to my house and three big boxes were unloaded. There was a thorough examination of the listed products and once each item was verified the delivery person loaded everything into my living room.Opening the boxes was easy and my furniture was well protected. There was even a cloth furniture cover protecting each item from rubbing or dents.After the unboxing, I followed the printed instructions and put the furniture together. The hardest part was locating some of the pieces that had been tucked into some handy hiding spots (easy).After adjusting my living room to fit the furniture I finally got to sit down and experience my purchase.The leather is smooth and not sticky, the cushioning is high quality (there is a good amount of resistance), each function is smooth and sturdy (when I extend the foot rest it comes out clean and easy), no sharp edges that make me feel like I am going to slice off a finger if I pull the handle wrong, there is also plenty of room to sit comfortably. With just a little space the chairs recline without smacking the wall. Once again there are handy compartments and cupholders.The best part for me is that each seat supports the bend of the neck instead of jamming a pillow at head level. I often spend hours working at my computer and it is nice to be comfortable while working.Each seat is pretty sturdy I certainly get a feeling that this furniture set will last quite a while.If I could give awards it would be here. The folks at customer service a so polite, they check in, they want to know if you like your new furniture, if there are any problems- they do what they can to help. Most of all they add that personal touch that seems to have diapered long ago.Thank you for this wonderful purchasing experience 8 )

I am disabled and moving into a my new apartment. The leather loveseat and recliner fit perfect and was so easy to put together. I could not be happier. On top of my satisfaction with the product, the delivery driver went above and beyond to help me get the loveseat and recliner to my door. He was so patient and helpful. I could not be happier with the company shipping the product on time and it actually arrived a few days before they said it would. I wish I had gotten the delivery driver's name because he went above and beyond what was required of him. I couldn't have asked for anything better. This was the best order experience I have ever had with Amazon. Well worth the money I spent. THANKS GUYS FOR EVERYTHING! YOUR SIMPLY THE BEST! Was well-packaged, a few little blemishes. Bit of an Easter egg hunt to find the love seat arm backers and center door - former is under the couch, latter in the zipped part of LS. Leather is thin and slightly swaet-inducing, is real, not PU. Firm foam, esp in middle of sofa and seats aren’t that deep - measure your seat before getting this! I’m 6’4 and shoulders are on the headrest.

Delivery service Estes was terrible. Paid for front door delivery and the driver dropped a pallet by the highway and refused to bring it up. Customer service was not helpful/did nothing. We had to get a trailer to get it to our house due to our long drive. Arrived in a disheveled box, damage to the couch. Messaged the seller over 4 days ago and still no response. Also the quality is cheap, not very comfortable

Very nice couches, loveseat, and recliner. Arrived early and was easy to put together. Company contacted me after a bit to ask if I was satisfied. I am.

I like the loveseat. Comfortable soft leather and the burgundy red color is just what I wanted to add some color to my living room. The space is small and it fits well.

I just bought this couch and just got everything set up, when I realize it is missing a piece.

I love my new living room furniture I had a problem with sofa but the folks were so nice and immediately made me happy. It's beautiful and built very well.
