As someone who has gotten cold sores since they were a child I wish so badly I had something like this as a kid! It really works! It helps with the pain too, the rritation, dryness, and itchiness as well so it doesn't only cover it!! I'm not gonna lie it does smell kind of medicinal and it's a little strong at first but it's bearable and that fact that it works makes it definitely worth it! I appreciate that the packaging is super small and subtle (youd never know what it was for) and that it has a little mirror too! It should last awhile but ill definitely be buying again when needed! It's got a good consistency and hides it well! So glad I found this!

This product is excellent in providing coverage on a cold sore. I’m brown skin and the sore appeared on my lip. The Dark treatment provided excellent coverage on my lip. It blended into my skin giving a natural look. I’m grateful I no longer have to cover my face.

It covers well, it is oily and a bit on the heavy side. It was slightly orange but blendable. I was able to make it work and it helped in the healing process

I’ve been suffering from cold sores since childhood to the point where I’m on medication to control them. I always am looking for ways to cover or conceal an outbreak especially when I have something to do in public or even when I will just be around people. I was so optimistic that this product would be helpful based on the description and the price. Usually more expensive items seem to work better. Not this time. I honestly feel like this did little to nothing. You have to use a ton of it to feel and notice the coverage and then it looks caked on, discolored, and still draws attention. Covering it up with more makeup on top only added to the depth of the area. I tried reapplying several times just to see if I could get it to work, and it was a waste of time and energy. If you know the feeling of dealing with a nasty, long lasting cold sore, spare yourself any more frustration and don’t bother trying this product. As seen in other reviews, store bought makeup concealers would do the exact same thing. And if the cold sore is even partially on your lip (where majority of cold sores pop up) nothing will cover or hide it well enough because it will always be discolored from your lip shade. I was so sad and disappointed, so I hope this can help someone else avoid a waste of time and money.

This stuff is a life saver!! I have family Christmas photos this weekend and of course I ended up breaking out with TWO ugly sores this week of all weeks!! I was in tears because should I really cancel our annual Christmas shoot?!? I immediately went to Amazon to see what I could order that might help hide these nasty Bs and come in time. I took my chances on this and even though it said it wouldn’t be here until the day of our photos it actually came the very next morning! And Thank God because I also hate having to go to work with these on my lip. It does provide good coverage, and I think it all depends on the stage of your cold sore how well it looks. I was already 3 days into mine, so the blisters were already kind of starting to scab over. This stuff combined with some lip liner and lip balm it’s hardly noticeable! I will definitely continue to use this!! It’s also nice that not only does it conceal, it treats the sore as well so it helps heal faster!! Amazing product! Thank you for creating this!
