Axolotl Big Bites - Fast Sinking, Soft Pellet Daily Diet for Axolotls, Newts, Salamanders & Other Amphibians (3 oz (85g))

Our axolotl started refusing worms, this has been the replacement for well over a year. She will catch them if dropped above her but she is also able to find them, by smell I'm guessing, if they are just placed in tank. Size varies but the largest ones make feeding easier.

Someone recommended these to me, they’re the only pellets i’ve had for my axolotl that she’ll eat, seems like they’re easy for her to sniff out. Usually she has absolutely zero interest in pellets, so this was an incredible surprise.

They the only pellets my axolotl actually enjoys besides worms. You do have to keep them in air tight container to keep them fresh my son left one bag open and they got extremely hard. We had to get another bag.

My axolotl is 3 years old and these seem to be too big for him. I’m not sure what the issue is but I struggle to get him to eat these but he ate the small ones fine. These are much easier to pick up with tweezers though, which I like. I always have issues with the food getting hard so I put them in an airtight container.

I love this brand. They are the perfect size. My Axolotyls love these and others they have not liked. You get a good amount for your money. They last as you don’t have to feed them a lot to get my little guys full.

I have ordered so many brands of Axolotl pellets and these seem to be our Lotl’s favorite. I use to order the smaller ones but as our guys grew we upgraded to the bigger bites. Our shrimp love these too. Win win! I just wish they sold them in larger bags.These are always fresh moist and ready to feed right out of the bag. Our Lotls seem to go right to them vs other brands that we need to guide them to. Great for axolotls!

Perfect size pellets, I have 9 Axolotls and everyone loved them, they do cloud the water though. Overall I like this product
