Great noodles if prepared properly.
The secret to these rice noodles is rinsing in cold water for at least 10 minutes before cooking , then rinsing thoroughly in cold water after cooking , followed by a brief rinse in hot water. You will have fresh noodles instead of sticky , gummy noodles - and they are perfect for Pho, or any soups.

Tasty alternative to package Ramen
Asiadeli Pho Rice Noodles are a great choice to add to soups and noodle dishes. They are thin enough to break easily when adding to the pot and they cook relatively quickly. I mix them with shredded cabbage and other vegetables to make a much healthier alternative to regular package noodles.

Takes A While To Prepare, Seem VERY Expensive, Nice Texture And Pretty Neutral Taste
When you order these noodles, you you 10.5 ounces of noodles for the current list price of $12.00. That makes these noodles cost more than the shrimp or other meat you mix up with them in a soup or noodle dish. Right off the bat I wouldn't buy these because of the price. When you make these, you'll need to set aside a bit of time. The directions say to soak them for about 10 minutes and then boil them for about 10 minutes. That worked just fine. Mine came out a little mushy but I did leave them in the boiling water a few minutes more than suggested.Rather than make soup, I mixed them with fresh tomatoes, garlic and olive oil. That made for a nice healthy and quick dish. The 10.5 ounce portion was perfect for one hungry person. They have a nice texture, a nice clean taste and overall seem like perfectly good noodles. For Ramen or other dishes my go to noodles are the J-Basket Japanese Ramen Noodles. It's not the same type of noodle. Those are wheat and these are rice.Overall, I think these are perfectly good rice noodles. I just can't see paying more for the noodles than for the protein that will be added to them (per pound). I prefer the taste and texture of the J-Basket noodles to these and much prefer the price of those. If you want good rice noodles and are OK with the price of these then I think you'll be happy with these. I just think they are too expensive for what you get.

Sodium,…Really that high
I’m giving this brand a low score based on the sodium content it has…how is that possible ? I can’t even taste the sodium I’m it…what’s the deal?

very similar to the noodle soup at the restaurant
After boiling water as the instructions for use attached in the package, I was able to use it right away. Pho noodles are so delicious and fresh that makes me think of pho noodles at PHO restaurant, which can't be better than the PHO noodle I got right here. Besides, the shipping was really quick. Amazing PHO. This product’s the reason that I’ll have PHO for every breakfast.
