The build quality on this product is amazing. It is very robust and easy to set up. The steepest part of the learning curve is using the laser software... You won't be disappointed...

The media could not be loaded.  I promise you, you do not want to buy this. I have had one issue after another since I bought mine, and the customer service is basically non-existent. They will just give you the runaround Non-Stop until you eventually give up, or will tell you that they're forwarding your information to a professional and will get back with you, but they won't. I will say this, it looks like the machine was designed very well. The features on it are great, but when the company built it, CLEARLY, nobody was testing these things. Just to name a few of my issues... The first day I used it, I burnt a hole in the lens. I had to find aftermarket lenses because the company just gave me the runaround for weeks... The flame detection started going off anytime I would do anything... It started triggering the limit switches anytime it would move in any direction... Then my air assist stopped working. All these issues I have had to fix myself, or find a workaround because the company has literally done nothing about them... And just recently all the sudden the directions are backwards. I tell it to go up it goes down. I tell it to go left, it goes right. And as soon as I tell it to actually run a g code, it triggers a limit switch. I genuinely wish I would have never purchased this laser, and will never purchase another product from Atezr. Furthermore, I will gladly tell anyone that asks my opinion, to never buy anything from them either.
