Great headphones, but not for talking.
The only issue I have is I cannot communicate on the phone with thses, as the other persons tell me I sound "really far away" while using a Pixel 7 Pro. Not sure if there's anything I can do to fix it, as I was in a restaurant with minimal ambient noise (not like a BW3). Otherwise, comfy until a point. I've never been able to wear in ear headphones without discomfort, so they're the same as any others to me. Sound is good, but bass is severely lacking. Noise canceling is mediocre, at best. Compared to my Sony WM4's, the NC feature is not-existent. USB-C charging and that ear ear bud can work independently of the other was my two main reason for the purchase, as I need to have one ear open at work at all times.

Great function and battery life for the price.
I'm allowed to wear one earbud at work. I need something that I can tap to pause, skip, and reverse while being push-button instead of touch sensor and also won't fall out of my ears. These cover all my bases, plus they have exceptional battery life. Another perk is that you can listen to just one earbud, either of them without operating the other. I listen to one for the first half of the work day then the other for the other half and they last me over two weeks between charges.

This product is not reliable.
I have tried three set of these earbuds since I ordered them from you in June 2023. The Capoxo Company was very responsive and helpful replacing the first two sets of earbuds. However, after the failure of one of the earbuds in the third set, they have not responded. I understand that I have exceeded the three month support window, but the fact that we tried three sets during that time does not seem right.

Better than Apple
These babies NEVER run out of battery! They never fall out of my ears! They are perfect if you have a convertible and want to listen to podcasts on a long drive! And the VALUE! This is my second pair because I lost one of my original set so I bought another. For $21, why not? I found the lost ear phone now I have 2 sets. Still for under $50. If these were Apple, I’d be in for well over $400 and I might add, these are better. And the warranty is far better than any other brand!

AN HONEST REVIEW
I'm not one of the people accepting a "free gift" from the manufacturer in return for a good review, and that's the problem with reviews sometimes on Amazon. The external buttons controlling volume and next song/last song options, along with a pause button is very nice, and not found on some of the higher priced earbuds. From an audiophile's point of view: These earbuds get three stars out of the box. But with some work, I give it 4.5 stars. They initially sounded nice on the low end with some punch, but poor on the higher end of the sound spectrum. This is where the tweaking comes in. I have downloaded my iTunes catalog (about 4300 songs) onto my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE cell phone, where I do almost all of my listening. In the phone settings, I click on Sounds & Vibration to make adjustments. In the Equalizer, I set it to the Rock setting. Then under Adapt Sound, I set it to 30 to 60 years old, which boosts the mid and high frequencies. Then I went to the music player in my cell phone. I use the Rocket Player. While playing a song, I went into it's equalizer and made some adjustments, especially to the high end. Now I went back and made two sound comparisons of the same songs. One using a set of earbuds in a similar price range to these. The other was a high end Sennheiser over the ear headphones. This gives me a better sense of what the songs should sound like. With these tweaks all done and set to my ears, I now rate this product pretty high. The bass is excellent, and the mid/high range is very good. Yes, it took some work to get a nice sound, but well worth it. In the end, it's all up to your ears, and how you like it to sound.

Above average quality for the money spent
These have great quality. The battery life is great, I haven't had to charge the case in weeks which has kept my ear buds constantly charged. I use them at work, so about 4-8 hours a day.The audio is very good, the mic picks up my voice just fine and I'm overall very happy with this purchase.

Work Use
They work great and I only use one at a time and very happy with them. Use them while working and I do work outside in Houston, TX, it’s HOT. But could be a little louder and the one thing I do not like. Is that is reads out the actual phone number of whoever is calling. Even if it is someone in your contact list. It’s odd I can’t grab my phone much with what I do and I don’t answer ever number that calls me. So if you don’t memorize the number, yeah it’s odd.

Somewhat impressive
I had this for a little bit now. I very impressed about the communication with the phone. I'll leave my phone in the truck while I go into the convenient store and I'll hear "connecting". I left my phone in the truck and working in someones house up on the second floor and got a call. It was a just a little bit choppy cause of the distance but none the less, I was able to complete the call with no real issues. The only draw back I have is if you are in a noisy environment you will struggle to hear. If they would make one like this with more volume, like for hard of hearing, it would be perfect. All that 4.7 stars
