If they can figure out quality control on the parts that are boxed, these would be amazing. However, I ordered 32 of them did not come with enough parts to finish the assembly.

Used for towels, this is a very sturdy and decorative functionality. Easy to install and actual metal not imitation metal-like substance.Would recommend to anyone looking for an industrial flare. Quality piece.

Great Quality- Looks awesome- easy to put together

This needed to be assembled. But I didn’t expect 20 different pieces for what should be an easy double hook. The pipe threading did not easily twist on or even all the way for most pieces. Need a lot of strength to make them work. And since there were so many moving parts it is difficult to make sure the hooks are actually pointing in the direction you want. This was way, way too much hassle for what it is and sending all of them back to look for a simpler hook.

hubby has a habit of grabbing towels and pulling. we've been through several name brand hooks.i knew i had to find a solution and started looking for something "more" !i found these. he put it together and drilled it in to the wall.voila !! problem solved!larger than expected but that's ok because i'm using it as a towel holder and therefore theair gets behind it more and dried the towels.Love !!

This is a great product, does exactly what it should. We use this in our bathroom for bath towels. I love the industrial look and have even bought shelves similar to this. They were super easy to put together, however this being said i was unable to screw in one screw because it was extremely hard to get to. Honestly though the hooks have done fine without this extra screw and I would totally recommend this product!

A little fiddly to get setup right. One of my threaded pieces wasn’t right and didn’t work.Looks good once you mess with it for awhile to get the hangers in the right spot.

The instructions have a list of the parts and an image of the finished coat hook. No details on how to actually put it together.
