I returned the skateboard and the seller refuses to refund my money. The skateboard had broken pieces when it arrived. Then, the brakes stopped working. I returned the item and the seller refuses to refund

Item had speed controller system malfunctioning that speeds at sudden times without me touching and caused me accident. I wanted to return and seller did not want to pay return fees.. I had to dispute item with c.c.
