Good: It works! Damped down my plantar fasciitis within a few days, and I'm sure it's been instrumental in the gradual healing of same. Symptoms are reduced probably 75% in the two months I've used them. Much more effective than the drugstore insoles I've tried.Bad: They tend to wander a little, and this can be a problem because the arch supports can be a little too firm at times, even for my high arches. I have to adjust the insoles to get *just* the right placement if I plan to walk more than a block or so. A little tackiness on the bottom to keep them in place would be a plus.Bottom line: Given the degree to which my PF has eased with these insoles, I can easily live with the morning realignments. I'll be buying at least one more pair. Five stars.

Arch support equals cost.

I have PF and I underpronate. I found these to be really hard as I usually have softer inserts, so I returned them. That's just my personal preference.

These are extremely hard with every little cushioning. My feet couldn't stand the stiffness.
