Better than swallowing horse pills
I use 1 a day to get my recommended calcium. The taste is too lemony for me so I use about 1oz of sweet tea, add a tablet & then add 15oz of plain water. I wait for the tablet to dissolve & then shake my bottle otherwise it develops a white foam from the minerals. Since the calcium is already dissolved my stomach doesn’t get that feeling like I just swallowed a boulder (sometimes the horse pill sized calcium would pass unprocessed).

I received an old jar with all the tablets broken into multiple pieces. It does taste nice though.

excellent taste
i have used dissolvable calcium tablets for most of my life. The Nutrazul calcium has a nice flavour and is easy to take. Due to my medical condition I take 3 to 4 tablets daily to control cramping in my hands and feet. I recommend this product.

Good replacement of big calcium pill
Consider this a calcium supplement and ignore D3. It only contains 2.5 microgram of D3. A regular D3 pill contains 25 microgram. But it is a good replacement of a big bulky calcium pill. Tastes ok. I tried lemon flavour.
