This brush is amazing. I brushed my golden retriever just yesterday and was amazed at what this brush pulled off of him. We have a Maine Coon and she absolutely loves this brush. She purred the entire time I was grooming her. We removed enough fur to make another cat. If you were wondering if it workson short hair as well, we used it on black lab and had great results and he hardly ever sheds, yes I know, that sounds unbelievable but, it's true. We also used it on our grumpy 18 year old DSH cat and it worked as well.Highly recommend!

This brush is amazing! I have a Pomeranian chihuahua mix and he is long haired. I was able to brush out so much hair and I saw the big difference it made in his appearance! We are moving from wood floors to carpet so I really wanted something to control the shedding. This brush is amazing and I am soooooooo happy with it!! If the weather is good I totally would advise you to brush your loved one outdoors, easier clean up!

This brush/ comb is Wonderful!I had short black hair all over my white floor from my Rottweiler. I brushed her a few time and to my amazement, she is not shedding anymore. I will brush her maybe twice a week for upkeep. Her fur glows and my floor is staying mostly clean. I highly recommend this. I highly recommend this and glad I do not pay double for the competitor one.

This is more a comb than a brush. That said, it is a high quality tool, well made with a solid heft in the hand. The comb teeth are heavy duty with a slight curve at the end to facilitate removal of the undercoat. It works really, really well on both my short-haired dog and my long-haired cat. My dog is still not a fan of grooming, but my cat is in love and is planning their elopement.

Gets all the fur out which would of ended up on my couch or carpet. I have a medium coat chihuahua and I feel like I would need to invest at least 15 minutes into brushing. He does feel much softer after he's brushed and I assume he feels cooler too. It gets a little warm here where we are in Hawaii.

This brush is AMAZING! It is tr 3rd brush I’ve tried since getting my cat 6 months ago and nothing compares. This is a pic of how much I brushed off a domestic shirt hair in 1 brushing session. I could have got more, but just stopped. She looks so much better now!

I think this might be the first review I've made on Amazon, but I couldn't resist.I'm completely in love with this thing. Greyhounds don't usually have a shedding problem, but mine sheds more than any other dog I've ever seen (and I had a samoyed growing up!!)I have no idea why she sheds so much, but she's healthy, and I haven't been able to control the fur-snow for the past decade. This brush is probably the best investment I've ever made for my grey. It picks up an incredible amount of fur at each pass down her body, and she gets so relaxed when I'm using it. I'm completely in love with this brush.
