I like the Hi Sense Dish Washer very much , it has many features for washing ,has half a load button . Dishes come out wonderfully clean.My only problem was with Amazon who I ordered it with ,as I ordered my old dishwasher to be dismantled and taken away and the New one to be connected . When the men came they would only deliver it and put it in my kitchen so for weeks I had to walk round it ,as I don't have a big kitchen it was awkward . Rang Amazon twice and both times they would get it sorted ,but nothing happened . So in the end I had to pay someone else to connect it .Then had to pay someone else to take the old one away . Amazon should not advertise the order to be disconnected and taken away and the new one to be connected . I am very upset with Amazon .

The dishwasher was delivered in its own box, it even had wooden supports in the box, so arrived mint. Very easy to install too. The programs on the quicker settings are a tad too Eco friendly though, leaving residue in cup bases on the top shelf. It does wash very well though, especially on the 2hr cycle. This machine replaced a Bosch dishwasher, that was great until it was continually breaking down.. For the price of a few spares for the Bosch machine. I was able to purchase this. Overall I am very happy with it, lots of programs, very quiet and looks good too... Great buy.

Update 20/12/25. Amazon said they can't send replacement parts, hisense don't do it!? So they sent full replacement but say they can't take mine away or fit new one without creating a separate order that I would have to pay for! so I would have to unpack it myself and get one part out to use..I can't do that as I am disabled as I told them..they said when this new one is picked up the delivery driver may take out the part for me..he said on arrival he not allowed to open it?! So they took it back. I am left with the original with a bottom panel that I have to tape on to stop it falling off. Diabolical service form both Amazon and Hisense...worst customer service I have ever received!! Original review below....Update 14/9...still waiting for replacement bottom panel which keeps falling off. After weeks of promises by Amazon... Still nothing!! Looks good. After 2 weeks seems to work well, main reason to buy a dishwasher! I like the eco, 1/2 load modes (as a single person) and delayed start time. The extensive digital controls I like being a tech lover. It's very quiet. Cutlery Baskets inside a bit flimsy and hard to position, the lid on them keeps coming off, but don't really need those lids. Overall: Not as solid or good as my Bosch which lasted almost 28 years and would cost now twice as much as this at least, and cleaned heavily soiled pans well, but for the money, very happy. See how it goes.

Brought this dishwasher a few weeks ago, having had a Bosch machine for five years, unfortunately the quality is not the same, the lower drawer comes of it's guide rails very easily when you open it up to stack it or remove the utensils ,the door is not as sturdy as the Bosch one the trim at the bottom of the machine comes away to easily,had to super glue it so it wouldn't keep falling off,the old saying buy cheap buy dear is still relevant today .W TIMSON

It worked perfect until the floater stopped the water flow working.Not worth to pay extra insurance,because I waited for more than two weeks to fixed.YouTube showed me a simple solution and it worked.

Absolutely fine for 2 weeks but the problem reared it's ugly head the door would not open more than a few inches.i contacted Amazon for a repair kept an eye on the status which informed me they had it in the repair shop but it was still in my kitchen. I understand that. Amazon customer services have now offered a replacement.this is the third Hisense appliance I have bought and the first time I have had a problem.the machine itself is absolutely fine very quiet great capacity with plenty of programs to choose from I would recommend it I think the problem was an installation problem not the fault of the machine

We ordered this to replace an older but pretty robust Beko unit which had done its time and ha been very, very well used!The Hisense replacement is ok but struggles with the basics. The lower rack isn't quite right for a standard size plate at the rear and jams when you try to pull it out, the movable rack sections at the top and bottom never lock into place and always fall down, the cutlery basket is a waste trap, the filter just grows vegetable fibres and goo, the spray arms are constantly clogged and you have to use twice as long a cycle as you think. We pre rinse etc but it just doesn't stand up to the previous machine. I suspect, listening to it the pump isn't really great as it doesn't sound like it's agitating much even on full whack and there's really not enough spray pressure to do a good job. My main complaint however is it will not, despite different detergents, get rid of grease/oil. Everything plastic comes out slippery and coated so I suspect the heat is poor too.Lesson learned. Its the cheapest for a reasonable and I'll definitely be upgrading as soon as possible.Edit 02.02.26- I've lived with it for a while now and it's actually far, far, far worse than I initially gave credit for. Its the only dishwasher I've ever had that I have to rewash what comes out when it's finished.For God's sake avoid it like the plague!!!
