It works
I used it for updating an old laptop with out-of-date Bluetooth and WiFi for which there were no Windows 10 drivers. I've been using a wired of wireless mouse, so am used to travelling with a nano USB dongle. Using this with a Bluetooth mouse got me back to only one dongle. The WiFi isn't ac, so not the fastest, but as a way of bringing an 8 year old laptop up to date it's fine. Oddly, even though the WiFi worked fine, I had to load both the WiFi and Bluetooth drivers (in that order) from the mini-CD before the Bluetooth worked.

Doesn't work on Raspberry Pi out of the box
This works very well once up and running but WiFi doesn't work out of the box with Raspberry Pi (Bluetooth does). You'll need to compile a module and firmware, which isn't taxing and Edimax provides instructions online - just don't bother with the Bluetooth instructions.

Great WiFi, works on Max Book
I purchased this for my old Mac Book as the inboard Wi-Fi keeps being recognised. Very easy to install, works perfectly well with a good distance from the Hub.

A solid 50% for Lunux Mint Bluetooth, WiFi nil point
Purchased to restore missing functionality to an HP netbook bricked by the 'AMD Killer' Windows 10 update: despite the Windows/Mac/Linux installation disc it wasn't very useful: Bluetooth just appeared as if by magic but the Linux Autorun won't (a very familiar 'you don't have permission to install this' warning as per Windows 10) followed by mild cussing and surfing for the correct magic passes to make (any0 humble wifi dongle work as advertised. Thank god for ethernet...

Basic
This USB WiFi/ Bluetooth USB dongle was a bit dissapointing for me, the WiFi signal wasn't great (as expected through due to the tiny antennas inside it) and the speeds I got through the connection were horrible, I got 10mbps down and 20mbps up (the latter is normal for my WiFi) however the download was so bad compared to my other devices in that area of my house that I ended up just getting a £20 PCIe WiFi/ Bluetooth card which solved all my problems, I ended up getting 50mbps down and 20mbps up which is great. My other gripe was the Bluetooth range, I connected with a controller and moving the thing more than 50cm away resulted in enourmous latency to the point where doing anything on the computer using the controller was out of the quesiton. Again, this was solved with my new card. Wouldn't reccomend putting this in a PC however would probably be fine for use with something like a raspberry pi.

Caution to Mac users
Installation is super easy, simply plug it in and use the included disc to install the drivers. Connect and authenticate with a nearby Wi-Fi hotspot and you'll be surfing the web in no time at all. Product works well (so far). However, there is one caveat for macOS or Hackintoshers –– bluetooth connectivity is only supported in Windows. Overall, I am satisfied with the Edimax EW-7611ULB USB Wi-Fi Adapter. The lack of bluetooth support is negated by functioning and reliable Wi-Fi connectivity which means I no longer have to carry around an Ethernet cable.
