I started with Ared and then Ared2 then I found Vision Defender A.M.D. Plus ,that I’ve only been taking for one month . After after one month with the Meso zeanthin added in these I do feel I’ve gotten some improvement on my light to dark transition time . Only time can tell .

The Vision Defender Plus is still in capsule form for those who can’t take gelcaps because of gelatin. The Vision Defender (no Plus) says capsules but is actually a gelcap now. Intelligent Formula says the change was in response to public requests but the label didn’t change. Some can’t use gelatin.

I was having flashes in the corner of one eye. The optician wanted to do a test which I was reluctant to do. He suggested that product to me. And my eyes improved slowly but surely. My eye also used to feel wet and it sorted that out as well. I take one most days and my eye is fine. I do take other supplements as well. My eye went from worry and panic to normal over approx 5months.
