Great starter pc, added a GPU easily as it was built with this in mind .Everything program / game runs like a dream only reason it's not 5 stars is that one of the case fans makes a cricket noise , hope I can get a replacement fan as it's actually a great purchase otherwise.UPDATE!!!seller sent me a replacement fan within 2 days and now it is practically silent , what a great buy and amazing customer service 10 ⭐

Value for money! My old PC died after 8,5 years of service and needed a replacement. Considering the prices of Gaming PC and RAM due to high demand this PC is an absolute bargain for £399. It runs smoothly after everything set up. Easily supporting my RTX 3060 12 GB GPU no need for new power source. Easy to upgrade with additional Hard drives too if needed. Really happy with it and 100% recommend for those who in need of a budget PC .Ram is DDR4 but still good enough for games. Own it for 3 weeks now and have not experienced any overheating .- I have not tried the PC without my GPU but surely is a decent PC for this money.

Good for beginner. Struggles to run high graphic games at high performance. Would suggest upgrading the graphics card. But overall does the job.

Very disappointed- arrived not working properly. Graphics card that I paid extra for wouldn’t support a second screen and not worth the money.Pros- Looks great, son was delighted, leds can be changed to suit mood and games.Set up was easy as just running windows 10.Graphics card is ok, went for the nvidia card and it handles bog standards games well.Help desk responded quickly to my message and offered advice and follow upCons- build quality is awful and no quality control - had to open up and plug in power supply for leds before they would work. Took 20 mins to unknot them as they had just been shoved in a gap between power supply and mother board.I was expecting a few issues with drivers being outdated, but currently unable to play a number of games as they will not load due to graphics issues - beyond my skills set, nothing obvious.Hopefully will be able to update when gaming is able to commence and son stops nagging me to fix it!

This is my first gaming pc and it's fantastic can't recommend it enough. I will definitely be buying through this seller when I upgrade again in the future. I was already very happy with my purchase when unfortunately the computer failed, constantly looping into reboot and unusable. I called the seller and spoke with Phil, who was amazing. He listened to my explanation of the issue and within 15 to 20 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and talked me through the fix. I am a novice with computers and I'm sure a more experienced user would have fixed it themselves, but thanks to Phil's calm, professional analysis and instruction my pc is now working perfectly after one phone call. Once again I can't recommend this seller and product enough. Great service

Very pleased with the PC I baught the only issue I had was with the description of the SSD as it's an m2 not SSD. This order arrived on time and was very well packaged and easy to use . It has a great look to this and is a bargain .

Overall this PC works as expected and is decent value. It's bare-bones entry-level with integrated graphics, so don't expect it to run very high-end AAA games but it can run things like large modpacks on Minecraft with low-moderate graphics settings and Phasmophobia on low-moderate settings for example. The only reason this is 3 stars is because of the issues below...The first time I ordered this it wouldn't boot up properly despite me following the setup instructions and I noticed there was a crack in the plastic PC tower/housing (see in one of the pics). I returned that one and got a full refund, and then bought it again.The second time round it booted up properly, and worked fine until I had some issues with WiFi where it just wouldn't be able to access any WiFi networks at all. I found out that the WiFi drivers were very old (from 2014!) and the WiFi antennas that came with the PC were not functioning properly anymore (drooping and not picking up signal). In the end I had to just buy a USB WiFi adaptor and install a new WiFi driver to connect. Furthermore the remote control for the RGB lights doesn't seem to work properly.But other than these three issues, I'd say the performance of the PC is as expected.

The PC starts up and then lags, and then shuts down completely. The backlight doesn't work. Unfortunately, the PC is completely broken…
