I have tried many drain clog removers over many years. Some work partially well. Some work well but you have to use them soon again. This drain clog remover worked very well months ago and the drain is still completely open. But be careful to follow all of the directions.

FOLLOW-UP ONE WEEK LATER: I'm adding to my initial review because I've seen a couple of reviews in which people have said this product worked initially, but the clog returned a a few days later. I have no explanation for that because I don't know what their clogs were, but after a week, my drain is still completely clear and draining beautifully. INITIAL REVIEW: The sink in my bathroom was so clogged that, when I turned on the hot water, it was backing up into the sink before the water even got hot. It drained, but was extremely slow. I dumped a WHOLE bottle of Drano MAX down the drain and I heard what I'm pretty sure was laughter from the clog. The Drano did nothing whatsoever (never buying that again), even after letting it sit for over two hours. I was pretty sure the clog was mostly from denture adhesive (don't ask) and hair, so I thought I'd either have to contact a plumber or remove the P-trap pipe and manually dig it clean. Before doing that I decided to try this product. I poured in the whole bottle and waited about 2-3 hours (I don't remember because I'd actually forgotten about it, being busy with something else). I had boiled some water for a meal I was preparing, and decided to pour what was left into the drain, after filling several cups with water from the faucet and pouring it into the toilet until it got hot. The boiled water went down the drain with a serious quickness, an when I ran the now hot water from the tap, it was super fast. I even poured a 16 oz. cup of water into the sink, and it all went down in seconds, no backup whatsoever, where it was backing up before. The drain now works like it always did. I cannot recommend this product more, since most drain cleaners are focused on grease and hair, but this case was something altogether different, and it still worked extremely well. I don't know what might be clogging YOUR drain, but I definitely suggest you try this before anything else, and certainly before calling a plumber!

This actually worked for my shower drain / my shower was draining very slow so I took chance and purchased/ i poured in drain let it sit overnight than followed it by 5 kettles of boiling hot water still doing good/ I will buy again to keep on hand or use for drain maintenance

This was the best clog remover I have every used! Gallons and Gallons of Mr. Plumber Pro - nothing! One bottle of this overnight - weeks ago and drains like a champ! Highly recommend!

I was so disappointed it did not work in my kitchen sink it said refund but I wasn’t able to get it

I’ve used all sorts of products (Drain-O, enzyme treatments, and fragrance sticks) but nothing seemed to address the smell coming from my shower drain and sink drain! I tried this once and the smell was gone…. Nothing to speak of. I’m so thrilled I found this product. It doesn’t really splash and is thick enough to goop down the side of the drain. It’s pour, sit, and wash… was so easy!
