Sturdy and fits perfect
Works great. For heavier elderly person. They feel safe using it.

Fantastic
It was a little bit of a challenge to put together, the strap behind the seat lid kept pushing the lid forward, so we had to just put the strap in the front. It’s very sturdy and feels safe to use !

Flimsy and small
This product was super flimsy to the point it shook and moved all over everywhere. I’m about 6-1 and 235 lbs, it was adjusted as wide as it would go and I still couldn’t wipe after using the bathroom without standing up to wipe. It was what I could only guess that a toilet in kindergarten classroom toilet would be like. The metal tubing is super thin while everything else was plastic. The side clamps would not tighten up tighten up to the toilet. Unless your the size of a kindergarten student I would not recommended this product.

Real Quality
Easy to assemble, My wife says it beats all of the other brands she used previously. Highly recommend.....

No instructions included
This is a very sturdy product and will suit our short term needs, although it would have been so much more helpful if there were instructions included. The company offers "video" support, although even for me, I had some reservations about the assembly, certainly would be difficult for an elderly caregiver to assemble themselves. It is very sturdy.

Love it is good and sturdy has good height on the arm rest it needs to be a little wider around the seat part

Have tried serval "similar" items; but nothing else comes close to adjustability to get "just the correct fit" for the price.

My mother loves this!
Bought this as my mother's mobility diminished and even though she's much stronger and her mobility is back to normal after having a brain tumor removed, she still loves this hand rail system by the toilet. She feels it makes getting off of the toilet much easier!
