Holeshot Biofibre Tubeless Tire Sealant 500mL/16.9 oz.

Like many, I started with Orange Seal and then Stan's sealants. Orange Seal changed their formulation, and I found it not as effective. Stan's was okay, but the lack of viscosity means it tends to bleed through supple tire casings more frequently (and continuously). Overall, I think Silca's sealant provides some of the best overall sealing power. That said, not being able to inject it in the valve stem is a big limitation (and it tends to clog valve stems over time, and dries into a big glob in your tire faster). Muc-Off is another sealant I've had good luck with as well... longer lasting than most. Peaty's has been a great overall balance for me. Injecting it directly from the bottle has been easy for initial installation (and follow up top offs), and I've found it to be effective at stopping leaks. Generally it stops leaking through on supple casing tires... I've been happy with it.

So far I've had 2 punctures on two different tires, a Hutchinson Blackbird and a GP5000 AS TR, and the sealant did eventually seal them both. The puncture on the Hutchinson was larger so it took a day or two before it completely sealed. The punctures that are directly on the tires' contact patch tend to weep sealant for obvious reasons, it pays to store your bike with the puncture at the 6:00 position to let the remaining sealant work overnight. This stuff is supposed to be effective for longer than other sealants, the fibers are suspended in the relatively thick sealant so it doesn't collect around the tire beads as with Vittoria's and Silca's sealants for example. I'm sure Stan's and Orange Seal and probably many others would become less effective or time for the same reason. This stuff most closely resembles Muc-Off sealant but seems to be more effective, in my experience anyway.

Sealant seems great so far. been in the tires since mid june and still hasn't dried out, remains liquid. The silca that I've used before dried out within about 6 weeks and had to be replenished or replaced. Unfortunately (well, fortunately for me) I have yet to have a puncture that needed sealing at all so I can't yet comment on how well it actually seals a leak. I've ridden about 1250 miles with it so far.

In the past, Orange Seal was my go to sealant for mountain bike tires. When I started gravel biking, I found that orange seal would not reliably seal punctures on tubeless gravel tires above 30 PSI. It also dries out pretty quickly (lasts around 2 months at most, in the summer). Peaty's solved both of these problems. It sealed so well I did not even realize I had a puncture until checking my tire pressure and realizing it was down 10 psi. It's easy to install through a valve stem using a standard sealant injection syringe. It lasts at least 3 months, and when it dries, evenly coats the inside of the tire, doesn't leave big chunks behind and is easy to wipe out with a paper towel. I just wish Amazon would ship the bottles in a box instead of a padded envelope, both 32 oz bottles have arrived with broken caps, but at least were not leaking. The price is also higher than most other sealants. If you're using this for road or gravel tires, it's worth it, but for mountain bikes just stick to cheaper, old school latex based sealants, which work fine at lower pressures.

By far the worst tire sealant I’ve used. It hasn't sealed at all, even small holes. On road or gravel wheel setups. And if it gets on your frame and dries, it is nearly impossible to clean off. There are far better options available.

Save a lot of time on flat tire works

There are a ton of products on the market now for sealing up our MTB tires when tubeless. I have used a few different brands but I have to say this is probably my favorite. Goes in easy once your core is taken out with the provided tubing. Increments are on the side of the bottle easy to read. My favorite thing is the trail pouch. You can refill the trail pouch with this and throw that in your pack for on trail situations that may arise. Top notch!!!!

Seems to work very well. I used it to fix a goathead puncture without replacing the tube, and it's now held up for several months of heavy usage with no more leaks. It really sucks that they don't include a plastic piece to actually get the substance into the tube. I had to Macguyver something together to get it installed, and made a mess in the process.

Good

The best sealant I have ever used. It doesn’t go hard inside and it works even after 5months

Peaty's Holeshot Biofibre Tubeless Tyre Sealant VS Stan's NoTubes Tire Sealant, Slime Tubeless Bike Tire Sealant , WTB Tubeless Bike Tire Sealant OKO Magic Milk Hi-Fibre with so many options, conflicting reviews, and marketing claims makes it hard to tell who makes the best of the best Tire Sealant without testing each one separately in a lab environment or spending hours on Google & YouTube trying to figure out who make's the best Tyer sealant on the market. It comes down to information overload grrrrr! Spin me around like a top and point me in the right direction! All I want to know is who makes the best tubeless tyre sealant? Sound familiar? If you can say yes, then you're not alone! I like Peaty's Holeshot Biofibre Tubeless Tyre Sealant. It cleans up well. I can't say how well it seals minor or major wholes. Going tubeless setup gives me a little bit of security will on the open road and the occasional off road. Pros Seals super fast and securely on holes up to 8mm Coats porous tires really well Black glitter shows it’s shaken enough Biodegradable Wide working temp and pressure range Doesn’t smell of urinals Cons Glitter haters will still hate Slow through some valves Footnote If you’re happy with Peaty’s and don’t have sealing issues, there’s no strong reason to switch. But if you want the most proven all-rounder, Stan’s is the default choice for a reason.

Lattice per tubeless molto denso e corposo. Ha anche le fibre che permettono di rattoppare immediatamente il foro. Mi è capitato di forare con la bici da corsa con questo lattice e ha riparato in pochi secondi. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Good product. Been using this sealant for all my bikes... doesnt dry easily and pop the tire quickly
