The torch is great and works easily and well. I had trouble finding Butane with a long nozzle and finally found a can of Zippo brand at a Smoking Shop. The Butane needs to have a nozzle that's about 1 inch long. Those with nozzles that are only 1/4 inch long do not work.

This is a great tool to have in the kitchen! It works perfectly and it easy to use. I love that it came in a case. There is even room inside the case to store a couple of butane refills. It is easy to refill as well!

Torch works great! My only complaint is that the one picture implies that you get a mini bottle of butane, and you don’t. I KNOW this is my fault for not reading the full description, but I’m sure I’m not the only one who has had this problem! Really great product tho!

It works. My biggest concern was storage. It doesn't leak. For crème Brulee or a couple of steaks it is awesome. The fire power just isn't enough for a commercial kitchen. It goes through the butane pretty quickly. I am not a commercial kitchen. So, I love it!This works for all of my needs in the home kitchen.

I use the Scorch torch to enhance paintings. I like the size and weight. I teach painting to adults and it was easy to teach them how to use in their paintings.I would have preferred instructions to be included. Especially need to know if there is a particular brand of butane that should be used with it.

Unfortunately this product did not start at all. The biggest problem was that I did not use it immediately and when I first attempted to light it the product was 10 days passed the return time allowed.

I received the torch and liked the overall look and feel. It was easy to fill and use but the next day the gas level was zero even though their was fluid still visible in the gauge the night before. I thought maybe I left a valve open so next time I used the torch I made sure everything was off before storage. The next day the butane tank was empty again.

This was perfect for what I needed I have had it for a short time but it has exeeded expectations. From creme brulee to fire roasting herbs or giving a chicken breast the perfect golden brown top this does it all! I would buy this a dozen times over!

This torch is great! The directions were easy to understand, very well made and like the case to store it. Works like a charm.Just used it and works perfectly. Now I need to practice my skills!

I bought this specifically to char orange peels for making Old Fashions and finally got around to doing so this weekend. It was great. Did the job beautifully and the spectators loved the presentation also. I would recommend this product to anyone wishing to add bit of char flavoring.

I originally purchased an alternate manufacture but found practically no instructions the switches [controls] flimsy - so thought I would try this one and compare...…. no competition the other went straight back - this one the instructions are clear, switches/controls easy to use and not 'flimsy'. Very much looking forward to using this Torch. Would I recommend the Scorch Mate Torch to family, friends and colleagues - absolutely.

Seems to be working really well and it is much lighter in weight. This is critical for me because of my Fibromyalgia. Thank you for getting it to me so quickly.

This is an amazing torch for the cost, it feels nice to hold and outputs a very powerful flame! It also has an adjustable flame knob, child lock (just press the button to unlock the trigger), and a lock option to keep the flame on without needing to keep holding the trigger. All in all a great product for the price, and can store a good amount of butane as well.

I like it BUT... there was no fuel included. I probably read it wrong but a little disappointed when I opened the package. Oh well I ordered some but won't have it for this weekend, dratz.

Have tried using at least two other torches before, this is by far built the best and runs both hot and reliably. Have not ran into overheating issues where the flame would cease or the handle would get too hot to the touch. Gas indicator and fill line are a huge plus too!

We had some difficulty to find butane that would fit the machine. At first we were very disappointed but we finally found abutane that would fit after three different purchases. The product works very well.

Loved the window to see how much butane was left. Easy to operate. I’m using it for acrylic pours and resin and very happy about it. I’ve only used it a few times so far, so have no comments on durability, however it appears to be well built so I have no concerns with this.

I bought this torch and have used it about 10 times. It lights easily, has an adjustable flame that gets fairly big or small, is easy to adjust and I find it reliable. I quite like it. Just a note, you must also purchase butane as it does not come filled for safety reasons.

Works great, easy to fill with a butane refiller. The dial is quite sensitive, it's a bit difficult to get a small flame. I use it for smoking my Scotch glass with smoke from a cedar plank.

It is probably a great torch but I am having hard time filling it with butane....none can fit it so can't use it.

Very happy with this purchase. Nice product, well packaged and was as described in the ad.

The only bad side it needs to be filled after a very short period of time.

I had purchased a different make of torch and it was awful, so i returned it and bought the scorch mate and i love it!! easy to use and refill works really well,and the case is handy.I made the right decision in the end.
