For some reason my previous reviews did no post. There’s so much I want to say about this product, but overall I liked it very much. The flavor is good too. Glutamine is my go to for after workouts. I definitely recommend.

When I first got it, I did try it out for the taste. I thought it was very sweet and tastes like chocolate malt. There was also an aftertaste that I didn't particularly liked but was fine since the chocolate taste was good, albeit too sweet. More recently, I was having some gut issues due to medication that I take which can adversely affect my GI tract. I started taking this and it did help. It didn't completely alleviate the usual issues I had but it seems to make it much more tolerable. I think the cost of this is on par with other L-glutamine supplement. It seems to add a few other ingredients in there to help soothe the GI lining. Overall, I liked this product and has gotten more used to the taste. I may add it with milk or milk alternative instead of water also. Nevertheless, it seems to help in my case which is the main reason for using it..

I really wanted to like this powder and give it a fair shop but the taste and texture stopped me immediately. It’s really gross, and my husband even agreed. He always drinks different types of powders and mix ins and he couldn’t stomach this either. Which is weird since it’s supposed help with gut health.

The texture was slightly grainy, but with some work, it eventually melted away. As for effectiveness, I can’t say for sure yet since it requires constant use over a long period of time. This stuff is really good! I have to use glutamine powder due to my stomach issues. The powder I usually use is chocolate flavored, the vanilla flavor in this is good. I like that I now have a choice between 2 flavors instead of the same thing every day. There are 30 servings in one container and for the price that is about what i pay for my other brand. And with the quality you are getting in this product, it is worth the price. This was recommended to me by my chiropractor due to my ongoing issues. This has really helped to settle down my gut and health restore and rebuild. I mixed mine with 6 oz of almond milk and it broke down really easily in the cup so no gritty texture. Highly recommend this to anyone who is used to using glutamine powder.

I’m definitely hard core into “gut health”, because I have an issue with bloating.
