Barn Door Hardware Kit 5FT, Heavy Duty Modular Sliding Door Track Hardware Set for Interior & Exterior Doors

These were used to hand barn doors in one of our bedrooms. My husband was able to do most of the work without assistance. The directions were easy to understand, and the assembly/installation (including doors hung) was done in just a few hours. The wall anchors that come with the hardware kit and incredibly sturdy and we have no concerns about the weight of the doors. The doors slide easily.

The hanging rollers are well-made, very sturdy, however, the actual metal to attach them too weak and flimsy. My husband went to federal still and purchased the exact length we needed attached easily beautifully made.

Product is solid, the glide bar comes in sections and I can't get the connection tight enough to stay level. Even after trying threadlock. Rollers and everything else is great.

Would not recommend this set. It’s installed perfectly straight and the screws are all evenly spaced from the wall and it completely refuses to slide. Door jumps off the track every single time I use it. I end up removing the door from the track so I can get to the closet behind it. Horrible product.

I built my own door and then assembled this hardware. It worked perfectly and was east to assemble. I was unable to use the soft close washers, it made the door completely come off the track.

The media could not be loaded. I’d like to give it a 5 star but when the door is shut all the way, in order to open the door by sliding it we have to push out a little bit in order to get the door to Slide open.Other than that the sliders are awesome and weren’t hard to install. At one point we did need two people in order to finish installing the sliding wooden door. It’s not heavy and it makes the wooden door look great.

The bathroom door for my en suite is awkwardly placed. The bathroom itself is tiny so it can't swing in and it blocks the window in my bedroom if it swings out. The walls on either side of the door are only 18" when the door is 24" so I couldn't install a pocket door. I typically dislike barn doors, but it was the only solution in this case (unless we wanted to remove the door altogether whiiiiich is not a great idea). I installed this by myself in one afternoon. It was shockingly easy to get set up and installed.
