Está muy bueno, es jugoso, tiene cuerpo pero es suave, no astilloso, el aceite delicioso, ideal para ensaladas o tomar en crudo porque se aprecia más y mejor sus cualidades. Aguanta perfectamente cinco días en la nevera bien cerrado, sin perder o modificar el sabor, una vez ya se ha empezado el tarro. El único problema que tengo es que lo envían con Correos y, al menos ahora en verano, los tarros llegan calientes, como si hubiesen estado al sol y no creo que sea recomendable. También suelen llegar con el aceite revuelto, entiendo que por el mucho ajetreo, pero tras reposar el aceite vuelve a su transparencia original. El próximo año, haré un pedido grande antes del verano para evitar el "calentamiento".
