Open Before Your Trip! Purchased 2 of these for our trip to Italy. Both worked great, we have 2 unlocked iPhone 16’s. Your phones need to be unlocked for these to work, they said 12gb but when they arrived they activated for 20gb of data. Both had French #’s which was perfectly fine. Set up was easy just follow provided instructions, you need to do this while still in the US. Once we landed it asked us for our pin#’s we created and everything worked within 5 minutes. Allowed us internet, GPS and ability to make reservations and phone calls while traveling. Can’t recommend enough! This is our 1st time abroad with eSims and I was very nervous but everything worked as should. Only used 8gb and our trip was 12 days.

DOESN'T WORK. Likely a scam, dont waste your time. Was unable to get the esim to even load on my unlocked android. No response from the company.

We used for our trip to Switzerland Germany and France . No problems at all setting up . Very happy to not pay the daily fee for Verizon travel

Data Feature worked well, Hungry, Italy, Spain. Was never able to figure how to make phone calls. Read thinks, "This guy is dumb". Maybe. Or perhaps the product instructions are weak and lacking. In sum, data worked, phone service wasn't used.

I've used it twice and am about to order another. Admittedly it can be a bit complicated for some people to install and use properly but if you follow the instructions, data coverage is great. Also note that you may have to manually try switching to different service providers on your phone upon arrival to find the one that works. Great price for what you get.

The eSIM does not work! I should have read the one star rating reviews and not bought it. Everything they mentioned is true. I contacted the tech support, followed the problem-solving instructions.. nothing worked! I had helped my friend set up her sim Card. It took a while and many steps but it worked. However, the eSIM was impossible. The trip I had been looking forward to became a nerve-racking journey.. I had to travel in Europe in the old fashion way- carrying a map, asking strangers for directions or getting lost... Regretted I had bought this!

Installed one day before trip to Toscany. Activated upon arrival to Rome. Instant and stable connection in Toscany rural areas and towns. Will use again during incoming trip to France this fall.

I have been using Orange Travel SIMs since 2019. I have never had an issue and used them in multiple countries, from France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Holland, Romania and many more. Fast and easy to install. Connections are always fast. I have recommended orange to many friends. This applies to both hard SIMs and eSims

I would give it no stars if that were an option. The url provided in the card doesn't work. The QR code takes me to a setup but I need clarity on on some of the data I need to enter. When I call the number they provide on the card I receive a message, "Your call cannot be completed as dialed." Hard to be less impressed with a product.

I used this ESIM card for a trip in Portugal. It worked well almost all the time but not all the time! I have an IPhone 14 Pro. Sometimes, for absolutely no reason, despite the fact that my phone was showing I was on a network (5G or LTE) I could not connect to the internet. The only way to make it work again was to turn off the phone and reopening it. IMPORTANT. When you do that, the IPhone will ask you the PIN of the ESIM so don’t forget it!! In my case the pin was 0000…. Was kind of hard to forget! Other than that I was working well. My girlfriend has an IPhone 13 and had no issue.

A good, easy to use eSIM. Simply installed it, activated, and used it without fuss. No PIN on it either (thank goodness). Worked fine in France, with a real phone number, and easy calling/texting locally and back home to Canada. Good price as well, as cheap as many data-only eSIMs. Next trip though, we won't need one -- switched our Canada mobiles to Freedom, with international roaming/usage included for free.
