Muy buen producto, todavía lo estoy probando. Lo que si destaco, es la atención tanto de Amazon cono del fabricante, ya que quise cambiar el idioma y se me desconfiguro la pantalla táctil, y ellos me brindaron todo lo necesario para que me funcione correctamente. Excelente atención

tablet came broken, would only power on when plugged into the charger, the device said no battery and as soon as the charger was removed it would shut off. Tried trouble shooting to resolve the issue with noting but wasted time. Contacted the seller with Zero response.. contacted Amazon for return and was informed I would have to pay return shipping fee's and to ignore amazon's policy of shipping damaged defective lithium batteries. Any damaged/defected lithium battery products (batteries or battery powered equipment) is not allowed to be physically returned to Amazon. Please contact Customer Service for further instructions. **FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THESE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS MAY PREVENT PROPER SHIPMENT, RESULTING IN AN UNSUCCESSFUL RETURN/RECYCLE** looks like customer support is out the windows these days and it's all on the consumer to do your research before purchasing, hopefully this review doesn't get deleted as it may not fit their criteria... my advise is to get electronics locally so when issues arise they can be resolve reasonably.

Works well at least for the amount of time I had it which was not very long. The tablet came with the wrong kind of charging cord. It has a foreign-type of plug (or "Block" as I have heard them called) and no adaptor for it. I have ordered 10 inch tablets before and they always come with the U.S. standard type of charging cord. I tried asking questions on Amazon chat to see if the right cord could be sent to me but it was recommended I send the item back and re-order another. It meant I had to take out some apps that I already installed and make the tablet like it was when I received it. I hope the one I order in replacement has the right kind of charging cord. But the tablet itself is basically good I would say. I did not get to use it long term so I cannot vouch for how long it would last or whether it starts crashing soon etc., but one thing I liked about it was that I did not have to sign into some Microsoft or other account and set it up and sign in with passwords and pass codes. The tablet was apparently set up at the factory or manufacturer's or the seller's so that you just click on the screen which says "Admin" and you can use the tablet and access the internet etc. Right now as typing this review I am de-installing apps and packing up the tablet to bring to Amazon returns , I will update as needed.

This Computer has everything for the Money, I my opinion. Microsoft Surface 12in screen do not have all the features this has and nowhere the price.

The tablet seems fine but I really wish they’d included the right plug for the US. It’s kinda silly to sell something that won’t work here & not letting the buyer know.

When selling this item in the United States, you should have the correct electrical plug-in and not a European plug-in! I couldn't charge this item until I bought a conversion plug-in!

The table looks and works great, would be very pleased ,if it included the right charger. It came with a 240 v charger. I returned it and just received the new tablet and the same charger. Can't charge it, can't use it. Probably be sending it back and get a refund.

Es rápida tanto para su uso como para la navegación en YouTube e Internet. La batería tiene buena duración también

Lo compré para un punto de venta y me ha funcionado de maravilla, es más económica que muchas de las populares además de que es como plástica no es de “vidrio” por lo que siento que es más de uso rudo que alguna samsung o iPad
