Brilliant item a bit heavy when both battery’s fitted but I do use the 9ah batteries has not let me down yet so nice not having to worry about leads. Works really well and I’m very happy purchase

For cordless cutting on the odd job this is an awesome piece of kit. Packs enough power to cut through tough concrete. Wouldn’t be much good for running hard all day but it gets most quick jobs done.. I love being cable free. Thanks Makita..

used this all day cutting through concrete blocks with a diamond blade two 5ah batteries last quite a long time so as long as you have others on charge you haven't got any problems . Anybody want to buy an old 240 one!

very good for a battery angle grinder,does the job of cutting all masonry,very pleased.

Great tool but 5amp batteries are depleted in a couple of minutes. Batter technology and prices need to improve

This product created for big jobs and very rugged powered tool.It's pretty expensive but it can handle big jobs faster than 5'' angle grinders.I suggest to other byers that if they need a real powerful cordless angle grinder for their big jobs then this model is the right kind to purchase. I have read many reviews of this grinder , many not so good , this is a excellent cordless grinder, it cannot be compared to a 15 amp corded grinder. I have cut 1,4 x 4 inch plate steel easily ,lots of power , I cut trees and branches up to 3 inches in a second , I have used it on metal roofing ,concrete block with ease . only issue a bit of a strain on arms after a while . setting it up for flat metal cutting and saw blade was a bit of a chore finding parts ,Makita Canada should include parts or make it easier to acquire them. For 190 its a great deal. If the zombie apocalypse happens I'm ready

Voici mon avis en tant qu électricien bâtiment collectif j utilise ce lapidaire pour couper du treillisBon matériel vous coupez un appart (4 couches de ST35) avec un jeu de batterie. j en suis satisfait il tourne un peu plus lentement qu un filaire , ça a moins l avantage d user moins vite votre disque .il bouffe quand même de la batterie .ayez au moins deux jeux de batterie
