A: It's annoying holes don't properly line up as they should. Also makes it way easier if you have someone help you. Even a kid. Lol. That way you can focus on lining up the hole and screwing it in instead of trying to do that while holding the arm in place. Much easier with an extra set of hands that's for sure.

**Q: Is it possible to get neck support or replace the back with a taller one?**

This has been pretty much exactly what I hoped. Solid, comfortable, functional. I saw a few comments mentioning it doesn't recline at all, but that isn't the case--you can lean back and it has some give (though yes, it doesn't have a built-in recline thing). The up seat height adjuster works well. Arm handles aren't adjustable in height but that hasn't been an issue for me. To be frank I find myself getting kind of sweaty on the rear end when sitting, but I think any chair that isn't some kind of mesh material on the bottom would give me the same issue. So I don't have any complaints. It's not gonna change your life but for the price, I'm plenty happy with it and will probably use it for however many years until it breaks. Took under an hour to set up and was intuitive as long as you refer to the instructions.
