I've been using these digestive enzymes daily for half a year and now have them on subscribe now because they work so much better than other brands I've tried.My use case is to twofold:1. To avoid the discomfort of digestive gas from products with beans. As someone who eats a largely plant based diet this includes not just beans themselves, but also includes those found in many veggie meat alternative foods. Plus the vegan protein powder I put in my morning smoothies. It has a much higher amount of Alpha Galactosidase than other products to assist with potential bean digestion dicomfort and the difference is very noticeable to me. Even products which have this as their sole ingredient contain less of it and yet charge more without all the other benefits.2. To aid absorbtion of the food I eat with an enzyme boost. We are not just what we eat, but what we actually absorb. I spend good money on quality foods and a few choice supplements so giving my body a leg up to absorb the goodness makes a lot of sense to me, especially as it bascially comes as a free added bonus as far as I'm concerned because my primary reason for buying it is my first point.Unlike other reviewers it would seem, I DID read the label before buying and since I am not concerned about such a microscopic amount gluten or dairy this product works brilliantly for me. It ticks all the boxes with just 1 capsule for a great price. 1 bottle lasts me a good 3 months.

For a start I’m not surprised nobody has reviewed this. This is my third attempt! I Have food, intolerances and gluten is a common one. Even though I always check the label, I clearly missed that it contains gluten in the form of Maltodextrin from corn & maize. It’s extremely hard to find health products that are clean… this is not a good product to take if you have any gluten sensitivity. I was disappointed:-(

So happy with this product. No additives or preservatives. Makes me feel a lot better!

Want money back. Product unopened. Contains alligens. Should say so. Will contact Amazon as says it’s un returnable. Could have killed me.
