Very satisfied with the knife. Lightweight, measured 247g, very sharp, easy to use. I’m happy with it. Have different knives, thought to buy a Nakiri but bought this one and very happy with it. Also a nice package, can be a great gift for someone, but I bought for myself :)

I dont do reviews. This knife is very high quality. The fit and finish is excellent and it has become my most used kitchen knife. Perfect size for almost any task. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This is an absolute, exceptional, wonderful knife. My husband got this for me for my birthday just recently and I could not have been more excited it chops like butter I have cut onions, very thinly paper, thin sliced shallots, I’ve cut, watermelon, pineapple, cantaloupe, pears, Keewee, lemons, limes, and it just chops through them like nothing, it will even cut through a plate very easily so just make sure you have a nice cutting surface to work on. This is an exceptional value for your money. The quality is very high and I would say the only con I have is the bottom wood base and how it’s attached a lot of times within those crevices it will rust over time , so that’s my only dislike about the knife. It is super sharp I even supervised my son and let him chop. This is the best cleaver ever and I’m so happy to have this added to my knife set I did not have a cleaver, so this is the best knife to my addition I am in the kitchen all the time, so this is a great accessory to have , it’s very comfortable in my hands and very easy to use. The weight is very balanced as well. The quality is high and without the price. Iit is extremely sharp and perfect for my needs! I am in the kitchen everyday and when I tell you chopping with this knife has a sense of cathartics when chopping! I actually enjoy my kitchen again! I literally feel my stress unwind when chopping it is that good! I will be looking into getting more from this brand in other knife options in the future.

I have used this cleaver intermittently for over 4 years. Mostly for rough chopping. Feels good in the hand, it is hard to sharpen and brittle (no bones). Using spyderco ceramic stones, I never was able to recreate the factory edge. Three years later, switching back to arkansa translucent, and then stropping, this is once again now an absolute razor. I prefer it over VG-10 for stir fry matchstick vegetables. My preferred method with this cleaver is to 'point angled down pull cut; instead of chop, chop', this way it stays sharp. In closing, this is a different type and feel of cleaver blade, in that the steel is mirror polished and harder.
