I expected a refurbished tablet like others that I have purchased. Imagine my surprise and delight when I unpacked a as new Surface Pro 9. Original box, original packing, and new condition. A bonus was the SSD instead of being 256 GB is 512 gb. Everything works like new with blazing performance. This Seller is worth your checking out. Very highly recommended.

Just like the title describes. I bought new, but received a used product. The screen had finger prints and the SSD had scrapes carved into it. Upon boot up I received an error stating "unauthentic battery detected" and the item was not sealed in the original Microsoft plastic. Instead, there were stickers to keep the box sealed.The second surface pro I received was new, no finger prints or scratches, and the ssd was untouched. It is unfortunate that I initially received a used defective product rather than receiving a new item in the first place.

I never knew just how much I needed this until I had it. It's an absolute powerhouse for it's size and can handle more than most people do on full size desktop computers. The benefit here being I can do so from the couch and on battery power for many hours at a time if need be. The i7 processor is snappy, and the whole system boots in just a few seconds. I upgraded to a 2TB WD Black NVMe drive which was surprisingly easy. The display is beautiful and perfect for watching movies or streaming YouTube and the touch functionality is perfect. I never find myself wishing it were any more or any less sensitive.

Purchased it because the description stated it had 5g connectivity. Went to Verizon to get it on a data plan. 2½ hours wasted to find out it is not capable of a 5g data plan, another 45 minutes wasted returning it and still need to waste time returning the UAG case purchased for it!

I bought the Microsoft Surface Pro 9 Tablet recently to replace the HP Pavilion desktop that I purchased about five years ago. My HP Pavilion had similar specs to the Microsoft Surface Pro 9 including the same Core i7 chip. I haven't bought a new computer in years, and I have to say I'm extremely impressed. The Surface Pro 9 basically does everything my old HP Pavilion desktop did (and a lot more) in a slim tablet that's just a fraction of its size. The Surface Pro 9 boots up very fast, in just seconds actually. I love the touch-screen functionality which is very useful. The screen is brilliant and vibrant and colorful, perfect for Youtube, Netflix, etc. The internal hard drive is small, but I have an external 4Tbyte hard drive that I connect to it so that solves that problem. I'd recommend a similar fix if you're not happy about the small hard drive. The Surface Pro 9 is portable, quiet and doesn't generate a lot of heat. You can buy external docking station (as I did) for $30 that will physically connect to the Surface Pro 9 and add lots of connectable ports for USB drives, external drives, an HDMI cable, etc. Also, don't forget to buy an external keyboard both to protect the screen and for laptop functionality. The Microsoft Surface Pro 9 is a real little workhorse that effortlessly replaces a desktop - and it's lightweight and portable too! The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because this thing just gobbles up electrical charge. The manufacturer claims it runs on a fully-charged battery for up to 15 hours. Not in my experience, no way. In my experience you'll be lucky if you get even half that time on a fully-charged battery. Of course, the Surface Pro 9 comes with a charger, but you're going to find that you need to be near an electrical outlet most of the time or this thing will run down its battery real fast. Just saying. Other than that, the Microsoft Surface Pro 9 is a great machine and a great buy. Highly recommended.

I bought one of these around six months ago to use mainly just as a regular tablet not so much for a computer. It does not live up to the hype. It is extremely slow , it cannot even seem to handle its own operating system. I wish I did not waste my money. I should have bought a real two and one laptop or an iPad.
