The Aculever Massage Tool is superb - I think it is the best of its kind on the market today.I had trouble with my glutes and piriformis for 2 years - I just couldn't get it sorted, no matter what I tried. Within a month of using the Aculever, the pain was gone.It's also great for the psoas, back, quads etc.Also, the customer service from the manufacturer is excellent - I had a couple of queries, to which I received full answers within 24 hours.Just make sure you watch the videos before using it. It may feel a bit weird for the first couple of times, but after that you'll be fine.I would have no hesitation in recommending Aculever. Terrific piece of kit.

Yeah no.The hard plastic that's unmovable to get in the right position plus then you have to lay on the floor and then it clanks around… it doesn't get into the muscle at all and is hard to store etc.
