Seems like a good product
Haven't used yet; bought to make shoelaces from paracord. Will review again after I've actually done this.

Accurate Description
They are aglets. Need to turn something into a shoelace? Here's your solution.

Too big, not for most shoes
Put on 550 paracord to lace my Dr Marten boots and couldn’t go through the eyelets at all. Even fully smooshed onto a thinner string couldn’t fit through the eyelets. I also couldn’t lace these through a couple other pairs of shoes I own. Probably would be fine as decoration on a drawstring or something I guess. $5 so not worth me returning.

Pretty basic aglet solution
They're lightweight, crimp-style aglet replacements but they work. You can crimp them with pliers but it's frustrating. I used an electrical connector crimper which worked ok. If you want them to look good, you need to buy the $30 crimp tool to get it right. For replacements, they're fine. If you're making new product or want a high quality finish, buy higher quality aglets and a good crimper.

Great for the price
As long as you have a pair of electrical side cutters or a crimping tool/pair of pliers, these work fantastically well. Cheap and simple but effective. Metal’s cool looking. Makes the laces look clean

Not exactly what I was expecting
They do work for shoe laces, but they are too small for most hood and shorts drawstrings. They are also much longer than the shoelace end, so they won't fit well over thick or wide shoelaces; and even when clamped on well, they will not fit easily through some shoe holes. The quality of the metal seems good so far, but takes some finesse to get it to clamp well over the shoelace end. Also the description says colors are silver, gold, bronze and black, but the black is actually more like a dark silver/gunmetal color.

larger than expected
7/8" long, 3/16 diameter before crimping, 1/8" diameter after crimping. They are a good size for paracord, but really large for shoelaces.
