Excellent guide to what AI is all about and how orgs are doing digital transformation. I refer to this book most days

Very good
This is a great study of the different elements needed to go AI-first. Breaks the problem space into chunks, starting with first determining which business domains to remained, before moving on to such things as operating model, data architecture and change management. Well worth a read, whether you are a CEO or just someone interested in how (practically) AI can be implemented at scale.
