Elytsemoh Garage Screen Doors for 2-Car Garage -16x7FT, Fiberglass, Black

I live in Florida and the bugs are always out and about all year long but, now that Summer is upon us, the bugs are extremely bothersome. We use our garage just to hang out in and use it like you would a front door and I was tired of chasing down flies and mosquitoes that got into the house so, I decided to buy this screen for my garage door. A purchase I should have made years ago! It seemed kinda heavy when I first took it out of the box but, once I opened it all up, and stretched it out, it’s not at all. I received Velcro and tacks with the screen. My home is concrete block and doesn’t have any type of trim the tacks could be used to secure so, I wasn’t sure how well the Velcro alone would do holding up the screen but, just thought I’d figure that out later. I got the Velcro up along the top of the garage and easily hung the screen from that 1st to see if it would hold. It’s easy to hang by yourself but, much easier if you have someone else kinda feeding it to you as you hang it along the top but, 2 ppl aren’t needed. Pleasantly surprised to see the Velcro stuck to the concrete block, and held it up without the tacks. I may have to go back later and add nails or something depending on how long the Velcro lasts but, as of now, it’s all that was needed. After that, I went ahead and attached the side Velcro pieces. The only issue is the concrete trim around the front of my house that creates a couple small gap between the screen and the house, which the wasps found in no time but, that’s my house’s fault not the screen’s - if I didn’t have that concrete trim sticking out a little, the screen would def lay flush with the house & keep them out too. The gaps can easily be closed up using more Velcro pieces around it. The directions say to install it just high enough so it doesn’t touch the ground but, I installed it to where it does touch the ground because, our bugs don’t just fly, they crawl too. I’m glad I did because, not only have I seen it keep the crawlers out, I haven’t had any problems with the giant, monsterous, poisonous cane toads that always seem to find their way into my garage. I also witnessed it keep out a black snake that likes to occupy my garage this time of year. Maybe he could’ve found a way in eventually but, when I noticed him looking for a way in, I scared him away and didn’t give him the opportunity to do so. It also keeps out the mockingbirds that visit me every morning for some breakfast, which is a bummer but, they just sit at the screen and wait for me to come out with their snacks, which is fine. The magnet opening/closing works well too - you just push through it, and it just closes behind you, no problem. I was able to teach my cat - a stray that has adopted us, and uses our garage as her home - how to use it the 1st day, and she is able to come and go as she pleases. Over all, I’ve got no complaints, & I’m extremely happy with this purchase because, the screen does exactly what I was hoping it would do, plus some, and that’s keep the majority of bugs out. It’s been a couple weeks, and will update if my opinion changes after more time of use. Def recommend if you’re looking for one of these.

My boyfriend and I bought this for our apartment balcony and it is an absolute game changer. We loved the idea of lounging outside but couldn’t get passed all of the bugs out and about; so we took a chance on this garage screen and haven’t had to worry about anything flying in or crawling up. It was an easy setup, the magnet’s grip keeps it closed and needs to be physically pulled apart to detach. I thought it to be a great price for the quality. The garage screen prompted me to liven up our balcony we hadn’t been using for over a year and now I absolutely love sitting out with my dog.

I purchased multiple garage door screens for my large outdoor gazebo, saving over 50% of the cost of the gazebo brand replacement screen. I believe it works better because it now four magnetic entrances, one from each of the four sides. The installation was easy, the kit contains Velcro and enough tacks for wood applications. The quality of the screen is great, as good as, if not even better than the branded one that costs over $400… Assembly was easy, there was no missing parts. After 3 months, the screeen has been through multiple heavy storms - rain, and strong winds, without any issues, and still looks new. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Decent material and affordable. Easy to set up. Helps keep the bugs out but still allows air flow. It’s not blackout but does help minimize the heat some. A few things to note is sometimes the magnets get stuck to the garage door. The first time we opened the garage after installing the screen, paint from the garage door got on the door opening of the screen. Thankfully it didn’t ruin the screen though we caught it in time, just doesn’t look clean/new anymore. Now we’re just more careful when opening the garage door. If you’re able to install the screen a little further out from your garage it would help fix the problem, but we didn’t want to damage the stucco so we have it on the outside trim of garage frame which is made of wood. We also added staples to the screen on all three sides because the adhesive isn’t strong enough, especially on the top. For reference our garage faces the hot afternoon sun with temperatures over 100 degrees. Would purchase again and recommend trying.

We used it on my overhang in the backyard and it works great. Now I can sit outside bug free. The screen is heavy duty like advertised. The magnets are strong to keep it closed. Very happy with my purchase

The garage screen has been great this summer. Our garage has become a game area for friends and family. The screen has kept the bugs out with the frequent openings. We often have the garage door open in the late afternoon to tend plants and have a breeze. I've not seen one fly since we put it up. Good quality that looks like it will hold up well. Also was quick and easy to install with the velcro.

Great screen. I used it for a big wall tent and it worked great. Heavy duty, kept the bugs out but allowed nice ventilation. Love the magnetic closure for going in and out!

I recently purchased four of these screen doors for my gazebo, to keep birds from building nests in it. I'm very impressed with the design and quality, and one-person installation was super easy. The hook-and-loop adhesive is SUPER sticky, so no concerns about it peeling off from the metal frame. I can see out the screen very easily from inside, and getting through the enclosure with the magnets is nearly effortless. This was a great value, considering that now I've turned my gazebo into almost a three-season room. Highly recommended -- thanks to the manufacturer for a wonderful product!

This is honestly the best quality door bug net I’ve ever bought and way cheaper than the ones I’ve got from Canadian tire and hardware stores it’s great for the dogs but the magnets actually work plus it’s durable!

Easy to put up and works incredibly well. I absolutely love it. My door is always open now.

Would recommend this screen. Quality is great, great stitching around the edges, material seems sturdy (still hanging on the door after we have had previous strong winds weather), the texture of the material is not one of those cheap stuff. Definitely this worth buying for the purpose. I used a d-adhesive tape on the brick and I like how it hugged the door. Will remove this during winter months.
